	Log in to remove this sponsored message Been putting this one off for some time now. Mainly because it doesn't sound like something that's going to be well suited to my character's unique talents. Anyway...here we go. Just met some stupid elf in a pub who's asked about the equipment I need. Well, obviously, Wuuthrad, a suit of heavy armour, some healing potions, some lockpicks, job done. The plan? 1 Get inside the embassy 2 Slip away from the party 3 Tank up! 4 Kill every single stinking elf in the entire building 5 Ask questions later What could possibly go wrong?.... (to be honest I blame that idiot Delphine - fancy choosing a psychopathic tank like my character for a job like that!)

	I had rather hoped to be able to bury Wuulfrad in the Ambassador's head but I suspect that might not be possible. I base my character on the Thrud the Barbarian character from the old White Dwarf mags - back in the day when they were good. The character has an article on wikipedia in which Thrud is described as follows: quote wikipedia Endowed with the strength of a rhinoceros, the speed of a jungle cat and the intelligence of a garden snail, Thrud is a one-dimensional character who engages in mindless slaughter and strikes Frank Frazetta-style poses while remaining ignorant of plot points. So that is exactly how I intend to play the Thalmor Embassy. I'll let you all know how it goes.

	I found this mission quite hard, i was lucky that i packed quite a few health potions. Thing is although my character has good sneak i couldn't kill the NPC'S with one hit so i was getting everyone attacking me! and i only had a stupid dagger for protection. Had to steel a bow then i was in my element but the fact it wouldn't let you sneak kill was poor! Also the fact i had a thalmor coat and it wouldnt let me wear it to blend in? disapointing. ------------------- I'm so tired. Just one more cave... and thats it!

Actually, using a Thalmor suit will let you walk around mostly undetected. The closer you get to NPC's though, the easier it is for them to spot you. If you're a beast race (Argonian, Khajit): You will be detected almost immediately If you're a human: Slightly easier If you're a mer (Dunmer, Bosmer): Easier High elf: Can walk around almost without penalty Dunno where orcs fall in that, though. ------------------- .:Guestbook:.\|.:Europe:.\|.:Loungin':.

	I found this quest EASY. I used a bound sword, so it didn't matter to me, having my weapons and stuff taken. I had a bound bow too Made it real easy.

Only the Hooded Thalmor Robes work. The Thalmor Robes didn't get the right tags. -------------------

	The part before this quest (where you need to give the dude your equipment) is the moment where I got sidetracked from the main quest and started doing everything else, so by the time I got here most of my skills were pretty high (sneak was maxed, archer & 1h was at about 90 etc...) and I pretty much had the best gear that I was able to make (with smithing potion and smithing gear and dual enchants etc....) for the rest of the game. So because elves pissed me off to no extent with their smugness I saved my game and went trough them like a whirldwind at first (great stress release), but afterwards I tried to do it properly and snuck through them all not being noticed (with my khajiit char)once and killing off several guards in the process. I also wore the dark brotherhood armor while doing it so it felt kinda bad-ass sneaking through all of them .

	I didnt go very sneaky with this quest, got my stuff then proceeded to impale or burn the Thalmor in my way. All being said it's one of my favorite quests. ------------------- Fallout 4^ Skyrim World of Warcraft Dragon Age III

	Turkey shoot. Wuuthrad works good on elves! There's no need for stealth at all in this one as far as I could see - just elf killing. I made sure I told that chief elf bint my real name, so hopefully she will send more elves for me to kill.
