Wakaman: This is what I'd do.

I should explain Smithing. It was pointed out on UESP (not to me, but I saw the point) that you can still improve items without perks. Also, gear still shows up in random loot even if you don't have the perks. So while you may not be able to make a full set of Glass Armor, you can still get the full set if you buy or loot it. This makes the Light Armor side of the Smithing tree largely useless. Going down the Heavy Armor side of the tree gives you access to both Ebony and Daedric Weapons (both of which are better than Glass), and you still get access to Dragon Armor.

The catch here is that, until you get the 100 Smithing to get Dragon Armor, you're not going to be able to improve your armor as easily. You can still get gear to Legendary without perks, but you'll need gear and potions that increase Smithing by a total of +68%. This makes random loot with the 'Fortify Smithing' effect very important, as well as Blacksmith Potions, Philters, Draughts, and Elixirs. You'll also want to get as much Fortify Archery gear as you can; the faster you can kill things, the less you need to worry about surviving hits.

Going down the Light Armor side of the tree is still viable; just keep in mind that doing so trades offensive power for defense.

As for Standing Stone, you have several options:

Lover: You have skills in all three specializations, so going with Lover would allow you to increase them more quickly.

Lord: Increased Armor, and a whopping 25% Magic Resistance. However, without the Lord Stone, you can get +35% Magic Resistance very quickly without spending any perks in Enchanting. With 5 ranks of Enchanter, you're looking at 55% Resist Magic using only a Ring and an Amulet. And all of this without being a Breton. This make the Lord stone a solid early choice, but you'll want to replace it later.

Lady: Archers use Stamina for their Zoom. The more quickly your Stamina regenerates, the more often you can use the Zoom. Combine this with the +50% Stamina Regen while wearing Light Armor, and you'll have +75% Stamina Regen without equipping items or taking potions. So you'll regenerate from no Stamina to full in about 12 seconds, instead of the 20 it normally takes. The boost to Health Regen is also nice.

For Atttributes, I'd go 50% Health, 50% Stamina.

I've been wondering if it would be worth my time to make a YouTube channel dedicated to skyrim, no purpose except playing and showing how I play the game. Maybe an hour at a time, though, I don't think an hour is long enough to be honest.

Ebony, yes. I've never seen Daedric gear in random loot, and according to the official guide, it will never show up in random loot; you have to make it.

While I can see where you're coming from, I can't imagine surviving without Smithing. The game seems to have two extremes: without Smithing, you can't survive, but with Smithing, everything becomes too easy. I have no idea how to hit a middle ground.

Welp. My High Elf is level 9 already, should I invest in smithing? Man making all those daggers is pretty tiring.

I do it a step at a time. When I get a piece of Dwarven equipment in random loot, I level up my Smithing skill just high enough to get the Dwarven Smithing perk, then make myself a full set of Dwarven equipment and upgrade it. I then use that until I come across a piece of Orcish equipment, at which point I level my Smithing skill again.

This gives me solid equipment for my level, but doesn't over-power me (too much), and I do my smithing leveling in bites, instead of shooting from 15 too 100 in one shot.

Also Paradox Atronach Forge + Ebony Item + Centurion Dynamo Core + Black Soul Gem + Daedra Heart = Daedric item if you dont wanna bother with smithing.

Just keep in mind that you need 90 Conjuration to make the Atronach Forge produce Daedric items.

Personally I think the game is to easy if you use a stealth build with shrouded armor. Invisibility and Pacify are two spells that make it a piece of cake since enemies under Pacify won't attack you even if you kill his or her comrade (they just go "at least it wasn't me") and invisibility makes the enemies look for you, so as long as you crouch you can hide and sneak again...
