How many times have you restarted? - Page 2

One time I did the character creation just to see how good looking I could make each race. I think I'm gonna start again tonight on a pure mage. It sounds fun.

I've restarted twice. This is my first RPG I've really played a lot (I played Fallout 3 and New Vegas for a combined 8 hours or so) so the first was an Imperial that used heavy armor, one handed swords, bow, and had a decent sneak. I was getting spread too thin across the perks so I decided to make a sneaky character with light armor and mostly bow, so I made a Wood Elf. I really want to start over on a harder difficulty and not fast travel at all. I will probably start a new guy after Christmas and stick it out with him until level 50

I haven't restarted once yet. I'm pretty happy except for 7 perks that I wasted but I'm 147 hours in so far and I don't think I'm going to restart soon. Not until I want to RP that is.

Once. I have a level 29 High Elf Destruction mage and a level 25 Orc dual wield warrior.

Twice.

My main is a level 74 Orc Warrior that pretty much did every meaningful quest there was in about 170 hours.

Started a female Breton Assassin character, and put about 60 hours on that one. That was going pretty good until I was messing around and came up with a pretty sweet character designed after Arthas Menethil, also known as the Lich King from WoW.


Nord race, longest hair you can get and change it white. Few facial tweaks here and there, and I put the blind eye color on him just to make him look more evil.

Frostmourne is most closely resembled by taking the Ancient Nord Greatsword and enchanting it with Frost.

He's dressed out in Ebony Armor, Gauntlets, and Boots, and I usually go with no helmet because there really isnt a helmet that looks like his. The closest one would be the Dragonplate Helmet if it didnt have the horns on it.

I usually have him with either no helm, or a mage's hood like he wore when he "succeeded" his father, though it would look much cooler if his hair would come out from under the hood instead of looking like he reverted to the bald setting.

As a Nord, he already resists frost 50%, so he's one enchantment away from Frost resist cap.

In destruction tree, everything dealing with frost is taken, along with dual casting, impact, and rune master. Spellwise, usually use Ice Storm, Ice Rune, Ice Cloak, and Wall of Frost.

Conjuration sees perks throughout the Undead branch of the tree.

Restoration for Magicka Regen, and Necromage.

Fights with Two Handed weaponry, so perks are all in this tree.


Took enchanting and smithing just for the hell of it to make him more powerful. He's by far my favorite character so far.

I made two new games last night and I'm restarting again on one today. I can't make up my mind!!!
