It's a good shortcut, but lonely, and dull at low levels. I usually detour to Fort Amol on the way to Ivarsted, which means it's usually the quickest way up at that point. If I'm not playing a Conjurer (for a change), I often take the south pass from Helgen's east gate (just fast travel there from Dragonreach, and turn around.) for some training on the way. Good trip for levels 4-7, if you don't mind the scenic route, and you come out right by the Alchemist's shack if you're doing that skill tree. ------------------- "Don't Fight, Kill."

	There are many ways up the mountain, I consider myself a climbing expert in many video games. I love climbing random crap the whole time I play. 	Chaos (God character) Race: Nord Werewolf Skills: Two-handed, Bow, Heavy Armor, Destruction Armour: Legendary Daedric (-100% destruction, 92.5% resistance to all magic, Fortify Archery, Fortify Two-Handed, Water-breathing[personal choice] ) Throughout the game i used just 2-handed and bow which was incredibly fun. I defeated Alduin, destroyed the Dark Brotherhood, completed the companions quests etc. Once i reached level 100 enchanting and tapped into unlimited destruction magic, i started to use spells (Fireball, Chain Lightening, Ice Storm). I then joined the Dawngard, wiped out the vampires and completed the Dragonborn DLC, all on Master. My resistance to magic was achieved by: Lord stone: 25% Magic Agent of Mara: 15% Magic Enchanted Ring: 25% Magic Enchanted Amulet: 25% Magic Enchanted Boots: 50% Fire 50% Shock Nord ability: 50% Frost Werewolf: Immune to disease. That gives 92.5% resistance to every element and immunity to all diseases. I'm sure if i got Alchemy to level 100% or got the alteration absorption perks i could reach much higher, but it is unnecessary. He is invincible. Is that enough bragging?

	seeing as this just got bumped I may as well add that my cheaty chracter is a top level breton with full dragonbone. yes dragonbone which many people i know flipped me shit for using instead of daedric because of the whole weaponry situation but now that i has teh better weapons my dick is yours to suck. my cheatiness also gives methe ability to infinite my health and magicka as well as unarmed damage. my legit character is at level 37 and does a pure magic altmer thing wearing apprentice robes and fireballing EVERYTHING ------------------- i dont exist except when i do and then i avoid negative images of my inner reflection so i do not implode and thus explode and destroy the dark side of the other half of existence
