Starting out

I started a new game and after the tutorial I started up into the mountains. When I got there i dropped every thing except a roughspun tunic, fur boots and gauntlets, 6 healing potions, 5 lockpicks, and an iron dagger. I started to make my way to riften and Ive just now got to Ivarstead. I started this way because i was tired of the usual way.

Does anybody else do things like this? Start out somewhere different or something of the sort.

for the 1st sort of 4-5 hours i just hunted it the woods and picket of legion parties and their prisoners got my sneak upto about 40 and my archery at 54

My first playthrough of the game I used the Bound Bow, light armor and a stealth approach. It was fun. Didn't do very much, just basically learned the games mechanics, tested things out, etc, etc. Got to lvl50-ish, deleted it. Remade, same kinda concept, cept using a regular bow this time. Got to lvl81, completed a lot of stuff, learned even more than I could imagine. This is also the build I used a lot of exploits on to test just how far the game could be pushed. Got tired of that and I deleted her too. Now I have one lonely Orc character lvl14 that I'm working on getting to 81 without fighting ANY dragons/doing the main quest, so this means no shouts. You can find the build/char in the builds thread if you interested further, but it's a spellsword tactical type build and it's different compared to my first two builds. I am enjoying it a lot so far. (:

Well, I actually had a dual dagger user at one point, but that was only lvl like 24, so~ I don't count her...
