Pickpocket someone who shoots target dummies with arrows, and take the arrows they were using (usually iron or steel). Then, give them one of the arrow type you want more of. They will now shoot that type of arrow instead of the one they were shooting before. Simply collect the arrows as they hit the target dummy to get as many arrows as desired.

it didnt work for me either and they dont have any arrows on them to take

how bout if you can reverse pickpocket people and give them a ton of shit so they become overcumbered! lol

Probably wouldn't work because every item has a certain % of reverse pickpocketing success and the heavier the item the lower the %. 100 in Pickpocketing might do the trick though, not sure. It's funny to think about because you put like 400 lbs of items on them and bash them with a mace and watch them waddle towards you in anger

did the reverse pickpocket to try and overcumber some dude chopping wood in whiterun. got to almost 20 dragon bones on him when it wouldnt let put any more. damn.
going to go back and steal everything else on him and fill up the rest of his weight so at least if hes not overcumbered he wont be able to chop wood for that fire he tends.

reason: lvl up lot of random skills just makes your enemies stronger while you yourself will never use most of those skills (by your lvl going up and enemies scaling with you)

I'm afraid I have to disagree with this tip. firstly mobs don't level with you (though there is some element of levelling where their equipment will get better, especially for the boss). dragons and giants will always have the same stats from when you are level 1 to level 50.

secondly, reading books is always useful - getting extra perk points from levelling up is always a bonus. My Orc is a melee specialist, but his sneak and lockpicking is quite high too, because i am OCD about sneaking and OCD about picking everything that is locked. I hardly benefit from those skills (arguable stealth does help me) but I'm happy to gain levels as a result of using them becuase i could do with as many perk points as i can get!
