Dragon Armor VS Daedric Armor Stats Comparison Video

DANG thats a big difference . but i do like my dragon armor alot though

Interesting, but ultimately irrelevant. Any armor past 567 displayed on your character screen does nothing to improve your actual damage mitigation. See the UESP article on Armor:Armor Cap.

Perhaps the most important bit of information on that page is the following:
"With the aid of enchanting (fortify smithing) and pre-made enchanting and smithing potions, and of course the appropriate armor perks, you can reach the armor cap with any style or type of armor in the game, even hide and iron armor. All without even using a shield."

Also, the reason the video shows Dragonplate to be superior is the set bonus perk. It only applies to worn armor, and only when you're wearing a matching set. He's wearing the Dragon Armor when he compares the two.

Actually I show in the video that Dragon armor is better than Daedric once they're upgraded. Daedric armor has better base stats.

There practically the same.

One thing to consider is not getting matching set so you can hear a decent helmit with abilities i.e. the magic resistant mask.

And noting the armor cap dont waste to many early perks in armor as its a waste.

MY character has all dragon armor on with the exception of his helmet , for that i am using one of the priest masks that i got earlier. and IMO my character looks badass

Yeeaaah... is it me or did you forget to put back all your Smithing items (Iron Armor and Gauntlets = 26%?) back when you crafted/improved Daedric?
