Most unique and fun way to play Skyrim?

Going to start my second play-through and what are some random unique builds that are challenging and fun.

I hear sneaking around gets boring and old. Archery are too slow and takes too many arrows to kill just 1 mob. Mages just spam the same spells.

Maybe running around with giant warhammers? What do you guys think.

Sneaking isn't boring really, its just that when you've done one sneak character you are ready for a change.

Switch it to master and play a melee fighter who doesn't use magic. Or play a true mage who refuses to wear armor. Or play a Necromancer who only animates corpses but doesn't fight in any fashion.

Try only 2 brawl xD

do things that are the opposite of your first character

my main: a nord warrior who doesn't use magic only heavy armour, sword, shield, bow, alchemy, smithing
he's good so he's doing/done the companions, main quest, stormcloaks (maybe bard college) and all the side quests

my second: khajit thief/assasin
he's going to do the thieves guild and dark brotherhood and avoid all sidequests and other guilds. will get the 100k gold achievement using him and eventually get the most expensive house and just be a thief

my third: pure mage, haven't made him yet so idk about the race...probably be a breton
will do the college of winterhold and go around skyrim collecting every spell, mastering them, and finding rare artifacts and knowledge (probably do a lot of dwemer dungeons that I've avoided on my other characters) and stuff like that Forgoten knowledge chain

I'm sure most people are doing similar things like this with the 3 archetypes, mage, warrior, thief

I've heard that a mage/thief is quite good. Turn invisible, sneak in and make everything fight each other, then stab them for 15x damage. Right now I'm playing with sneak/archery/one-handed/pickpocketing/lockpicking, really enjoying it. Lots of fun.

I play in real life situations. I wear what is appropriate for what im doing. Good clothes when im in a city, chefs outfit for the posioning mission!

If you are a "sneaker", try using a dagger instead of a bow. Ive got the perk that does 6 times damage and doubles that because im sneaking. So when i stab someone it does 12 times damage, kills in one swoop!

Id give your character a profile from the start, and stick to it. Im on my first character so everything tempts me, but im going to make my next a ruthless mofo who kills 90 percent of the people he meets, maninly because he was raped by dragons as a child.

My current is a Bosmer stealth archer that destroys anything within range of his bow and uses a bit of magic. My next build will be either a Breton or Redguard pure fighter with axe and shield and heavy armor.
I agree that anything other than what your currently doing will be an change and a challenge.

im currently playing as a drunk loser.

- never changes outfits from the original rags you get at the beginning
- goes into every tavern and starts bar fights
- spends more time in jail than out
- pick pockets everyone and gets caught alot.
