	Log in to remove this sponsored message Is leather armor the best light armor in the game? I'm lvl 20 and still runs around with it. I haven't found any good light armor on my travels. Most armors you loot from enemies are either heavy armor or fur armor. Anyone knows where I can find a better light armor for my barbarian archer?

	There's far better Light Armor, but the easiest way to get it is to Smith it, which requires investing Perks in the Smithing tree. Though I'm at a loss as to why stuff hasn't at least shown up in random loot. -------------------

	Is there any list online on what I need to make better light armor? I have never used the smith before but if I have to in order to better armor I could do it. I just need a recipe Thanks btw

	i am level 23 and have been using steel plate armor for awhile and it is at over 60

	Yeah I'm level 15 and currently running around in full Leather with an Elven Helm. I know the game doesn't level with you like in Oblivion but I figured I'd find SOME upgrades by now. I'm still using a Steel Dagger ffs.
