wooden mask? (spoiler warning)

Has anyone else found the wooden mask.
Any ideas on how to find the other masks?

I killed a dragon that was roosting, and then after I finished him off, this wizard dude with a fireball staff named Krosis came at me and damn near killed me. When I finally downed him he desintigrated and dropped his mask, named Krosis that boosted like 3 of my abilities by 20%.

So what you guys are saying is I need to find the masks in present day. Then go back in time to put them on their statues.

The mask that I found was next to a skeleton, outside of a large(small town sized) ruin. There was an Orc dagger in the skeleton's chest, and a note from the person who killed him. The enchantment on the mask says," glows with unknown energy" when I put the mask on I think I was teleported through time to the same room only its locked and I can't get out. From what I've gathered from what everyone else has said I need to collect the other masks to continue. If you guys want to know exactly where I was when I got this mask I'll have to post that when I'm home from work.

There are 8 Masks you need to find. Once you find one or more, head to the place with the Wooden Mask. Put it on in the location where you found it, and you'll be transported back in time, and there's an altar with 8 busts. You can put any masks you've found on the busts; once you've gotten all 8 and put them on the altar, a compartment will open up with a final mask. Take that, then collect all the other ones, and use the Wooden Mask to return to the present with your prizes.

would you happen to know where to get the other masks
