1st person or 3rd person?

I really can't decide on one to stick with. 3rd person is so much better for roaming around as it gives you better vision but 1st person actually lets you see who you're talking to and easily pick up or view items.

Battle wise, I really can't decide. Archery is definitely easier on the 1st person view.

I'm changing around all the time at the moment. I was wondering what your preferences were.

I can not decide either, I have always switched back and forth in games that allow it, but Skyrim's 3rd person is actually really good. When I'm super searching a room, like looking for trap triggers on chests and doors or those hidden health potions, I'm in 1st person, no doubt. But roaming on the paths, or getting into a pathway scuffle, I stick to 3rd person.

But mainly I'm about 55-45, 1st person barely taking the lead over 3rd.

1st person 90% of the time. 3rd when I am randomly roaming or want to just stare at pointless shit...

First person most of the time. I'll flick to third person if I'm wandering about and just feel like a change, but it's still tricky to fight in third person, even though it's been improved by a shit load.

I'm flicking between the two, but I find myself trying to stay in third person as much as possible. Sometimes, a change to first person finds itself highly advisable though, such as fighting in a cramped area, or using ranged abilities.

I'm in 3rd Person a lot. I like seeing myself.

I mainly use 3rd person and only use first when I want to sneak and shoot someone with mah bow.

1st Person View: 60% - I use it for Combat, searching for things, and interacting with things.

3rd Person View: 40% - I use it when I'm traveling.

I'm finding that I'm using the 3rd Person View a lot more than I ever did in Morrowind or Oblivion. The animations looks much better and it's useful for traveling. I like to be able to see wolves, etc. easier. I switch back to 1st Person when it's time to fight.
