I don't care much for the color scheme of the forum. A lot of black is too much in your face. I suggest you inverse everything. You make the white all the background and the text with those dark colors. As for the background outside of the thread titles, a light khaki color would go well.

I remember back to teh day when General helps thread were the norm. NOthing wrong with that. I would support having a general help thread that was STICKIED so prevent the influx of help threads. Not as a requirement to post in there, but as a means of deterring the massive amount of question threads.

BluePhoenix and Anubis, I think there are way too many stickies. It looks ugly, and on my phone I have to scroll down heaps to get to the thread list. My suggestion will cut it down to three threads. In my opinion the rest are either redundant or not important enough to be up there.

I suggest the following:

GD - unsticky (it'll always remain pretty active. I actually make a point to never look at stickies, so I only just noticed the GD today)
RFS - sticky
PC tweak guide - unsticky (place in link under header)
NeoWiki - unsticky (already under header)
Intros - sticky
Information Thread - Unsticky (It's been released, who needs it?)
Spoilers - Unsticky (Merge with Rules)
Rules - sticky (merge with spoilers)
