TES V: General Speculation Thread

But it's all we've got. So we best make some sense of it.
The General Speculation Thread's purpose is to make educated guesses as to what we should be expecting to see in TES: V. All opinions are welcome, as well as skepticism and criticism.

Now, I'll start us off:

What (or Who) are the "dragonborn."

I'm assuming that it may have some relation with the emperors--specifically Tiber Septim, as he spent his youth in Skyrim and was the first of the dragon-blood lineage.
