Who Is She?

So far, I've been playing the Uncharted series backwards. I started with Golden Abyss, then 3. I'm about 3/4 of the way though the third game at the part where you and that girl are about to leave to go rescue Sully. Based on the cut scenes I get the general gist of her character, but having skipped the first and second games, I feel like I'm missing something. Can someone give me a brief description of her background (and her name lol)?

Fluidity

That's Elena Fisher, Drake's ex fiancé. In the first game she was a reporter creating a documentary about Drake searching for Sir Francis Drake's coffin, and the treasure it might lead to. I won't go into detail as to spoil the first game, but basically the shit hits the fan and in the end she falls for him.

They have a somewhat on and off relationship, as she wants Drake to stop with all the adventuring and settle down. At the end of 2 it's implied that he will, and evidently between 2 & 3 he proposes to her. But obviously doesn't stick to that promise, and she breaks it off.

That's about as detailed as I can go without spoiling anything.

I searched the wiki and found that your 100% right. She's an Australian. That's cool

Yep that's right. Especially it's the answer to the question- "What Drake used to do before we met him in the Drake's Fortune? And how was he as a learning/trainee fortune hunter?"

Well, of course, he wasn't much like a trainee by then too. Pretty much like Harry Potter was more like a master wizard since he was in the 1st year of Hogwarts

Fluidity You really should have played at least UC2 before starting the third one.
