All I got was an avatar that says 'UC Beta Tester'.

Just checked out the MP before finishing, and man, it's overwhelming. Kickbacks, treasures, mods, custom characters...

Im going insane from this treasure hunting, to the point where im getting a headache from searching for that tiny glint in the scenery. I hardly ever get headaches from video games, and that includes playing 10 hours straight on my first playthrough D:

But only 5 more to go, so hopefully should get them in my next session

THIS. It's just woah, where the heck do you look first We had some good matches though! I'm completely out of control in regards to what to buy, train up, do etc but it's good fun. The Legacy thing is very confusing at the moment. It seems once you get to level 75 (which is easy) you have the choice to stay there or do this Legacy thing which will put you back to level 1 and reset your cash and boosters and missions. But you'll keep skins, treasures, and weapons I think. Except ones that need you to be a certain rank, which obviously you'd have to unlock again.

The 'benefits' from doing this are Negative boosters, and different looking badges for your level. And apparently if you do this 4 times or something you 'unlock' levels 76 - 100. I'm thoroughly confused by it all, so this is all information off of the Naughty Dog forums that people have posted. So none of this is certain either.

It all seems a bit silly to me. So I'm not sure the main reasoning behind it.

Sounds like Prestiging in Black Ops tbh. Guess it's a way to lengthen the multiplayer replayability, but imo it sounds a little uneccessary.

Got all of the treasures today and am now exactly halfway through my Crushing playthrough, which is the only thing i have left for the plat, so i should get it tomorrow

Also, coop adventure is *bleep*ing amazing, i can't believe it has it's own little story of five chapters. Playing Borneo (the first one) with Markimus_123 was pretty dam fun. After i get the plat, anyone want to join me in completing those in order?

The legacy thing does add something different I guess but all the same it does seem a bit pointless... you only need around 2.5 million xp to reach lvl 75 (UC2 equivalent lvl 43) so instead of repeatedly going from lvl 1-75, why not just make it tougher to level in general and thus avoid all of this losing cash, boosters etc.
As far as I'm aware, you have to legacy 3 times (so that's 4X going from lvl 1-75) with the only difference being your badge and access to 4 new negatives in both 1st and 2nd legacy ('clown masks' and a donut Talbot skin are unlocked for 3rd legacy I've read XD) before then finally progressing to levels 75-100. 4X lvl 1-75 still only takes around 10 million xp to do (UC2 equivalent lvl 53) so people will be getting there in no time

From what I can make out, negs aren't particularly effective money makers though since they only appear to give a 2X or 2.5X cash multiplier on 'kill money' alone (i.e not on the cash gained from medals which is where pretty much all the cash comes from) so that'll slow things up a bit... but then all of this is happening equivalent to 'pre-neg xp UC2' anyway...

It's just a pain knowing that levelled up boosters, mods for both competitive + co-op etc will just have to be re-done/re-bought so it almost seems pointless training/buying anything bar the stuff that you actually use regularly + effectively in matches. As it is, I've made 'treasure hunter' and completing treasure sets a focus since treasures are something that aren't reset and the inevitable heap of unspent cash acquired when I reach lvl 75 may well then be spent on taunts, skins and emblem stuff because they likewise will remain after 'legacy-ing'


& I'm up for playing anything at current really
