	Log in to remove this sponsored message I have minecraft for the xbox but due to my friends not playing this game and disappointment that a lot of things that made it to PC has yet to make it to the xbox, I've been thinking about getting it for my laptop instead. Is there any particular reason to get the PC version over the xbox one? Or is there no justifying the price? questions ------------------- The hurrorr- THE HURRORR!!

	Pc is waaaaaay better. Hands down. Mods,texture packs, custom skins, bukkit servers,updated alot more than Xbox version. Post your speecys for your laptop, though.

	I have an Aspire 6930 laptop/notebook (I know there's a difference, but I don't understand it. I'm not quite literate in PC gaming/hardware jargon). I know, laptop and video games don't mix, but I can hope, right? Windows Vista Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz Memory: 4024MB RAM Graphics: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family And I have Java on here. According to the help page, about half of it is fine. I dunno about the processor, but I think the chip set is better than required? ------------------- The hurrorr- THE HURRORR!!

	It's good enough to run. Just not good enough to run well. If you plan on modding, stay clear of high definition texture packs, and keep your render distance on normal or low. Good luck getting more than 25 frames per second out of that laptop though. ------------------- Maplestory Forum

	Ack! Guess I'm stuck on the Xbox then. I should really invest in a desktop sometime. I know this is a little off-topic, but does anyone know of where to find a good starter guide to understanding computer hardware? If I do get a desktop for gaming and so on, I need to understand what the heck everything is and why it's important. Is there a newbie guide I can at least start on? ------------------- The hurrorr- THE HURRORR!!
