	Log in to remove this sponsored message Hi, could anybody help me out. I brought minecraft 1 mounth ago and have not even played it. I have had 3 problems so far. The first problem I had was the login screen would not come up. I uninstalled then reinstalled java and it worked. The next problem i had was that on single player survivor it would get to saving chunks and crash, single player creative would get the blocks at the bottom of the screen and crash and multi player would not work. I don't know if it still happens but now it say error: could not create java machine when i click it. This is what i have on my computer: Display adaptors: VIA/SG3 KM400/KN400 (2003 (I tried to install a new ,later version but it said it failed but when i went to the log it did not say any thing. This is when the third problem started). Computer: Packard bell, Microsoft windows xp, home edition, 2002 version, service pack 3. Please help me because i would really like to play minecraft. P.S. I have not downloaded any mods yet. P.P.S. when i was trying to make my GTAIII game moddable it failed and now i can not play it please help. pc

	I'm not much of an expert, but since nobody replied yet I'll try to help out as much as I can until a more experienced member replies. I believe you solve this commonly, first TOTALLY uninstall Java and re-install it all over again. Try Re-installing minecraft if possible. Check your drivers and hardware, are they up to date or able to run Minecraft correctly? In-game try to set the Field of View to "Short" or "Tiny". Disable "Smooth Lightning", Advanced Opengl and switch from "Fancy Graphics" to "Fast Graphics" Also check if your bin files are not missing a file or not corrupted. ------------------- https://twitter.com/bucketofbrains2 http://www.youtube.com/Emastermk

Since you said minecraft crashed when it saved chunks, the process could have just run out of memory. ------------------- last.fm

	448 MB of RAM? You have got to be kidding me. Minecraft requires at least 1 GB of RAM, of course 448 MB couldn't handle it! Are you completely sure that's the amount of RAM you have? Open the start menu, press computer, it should say something somewhere on it along the lines of "System Properties." This area includes some info about your computer specs, but more importantly, the RAM. If it says you have 448 MB of RAM, you're pretty f***ed. -------------------

	Check your ram again. Go to the start menu and right click computer, click on properties. If it' really 448MB, probably go get some more ram, or it's pretty much useless obviously.

	When I used Minecraft on Windows XP it just screwed up. It works fine on my Macbook, so maybe that's the problem. I'm no hardware guy, so I don't think I'll be much help here. =( ------------------- Sooooooo, what were we talking about again?
