Hamachi Server Question

	Log in to remove this sponsored message So my friend and I set up a hamachi server to play on together. However, since he is hosting the server I cannot get on unless his computer is running the server. This is especially irritating because during the week he is at work while I'm at class and vice versa. Is there any way I can access the hamachi server without his computer running it? Or even transfer the host to my computer? It would really help out a fellow crafter. Thanks in advance. ------------------- Props to Auxilium for the pic.

	There is no way for you to access it unfortunately. Since the server is his computer if he has Hamachi closed the server doesn't exist at that moment in time. When he opens it back up the server runs and you can connect again. The only way I know of to get around that it to buy a dedicated server which is costly an ineffective in your case for just two people. If he gave you the files for the map and you have a good computer you could host the Hamachi server, but then he'd be waiting on you the same way you are waiting on him now. ------------------- The Minecraft Community!
