	Wiki Pages Survival Mode Log in to remove this sponsored message Okay, so I got Minecraft on Friday (it being Monday now), and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing in survival mode. The thing is, I have absolutely no idea how to craft... well, anything. I don't even know how to craft at all. I've only heard about it, and need some serious help from anyone willing to give it. Due to circumstances out of my control (specifically, my parent's family safety), I cannot just google the crafting lists or anything... So I need help. If that is too long: How do I craft things, and what are some combos to use?

	Is the minecraftwiki.net blocked? We have our own wiki but it isn't complete enough to be of any use at the moment when it comes to crafting. Anyway, this may help you. Look, all I'm asking is for a few basic combos. I've looked through Creative mode enough to know the kind of items I'd like. I need to know how to make torches, crafting tables, wooden/stone swords, and wooden/stone pickaxes. I can make a house out of dirt for now, or wood. Could I get those few crafting combinations?

	Well, I've watched my friends craft a thing here or there. And I'm not too much of an idiot, so I bet I could figure it out, if I had a list of the items needed to make the aforementioned things. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me, though. Also, where might I get sticks? I know they're needed as handles for things, but I don't know how to make/get them. 	You might like this. http://minecraft-ids.grahamedgecombe.com/ Clicking on the item shows you how to craft it and you can hold CTRL+F to find a certain word.

	When I start a new game, the first thing I do is find somewhere with coal, then I'll build a dirt house there and go and gather some wood to make a pick axe, then I'll get some coal and make torches to light up inside and outside the house. Then I'll go get a load of food and wood before it gets dark and then begin crafting.

Add a whitelist to the server, then put your sons minecraft name, along with anyone else you want on there into the whitelist. This way only people in the whitelist can access the server.
