For a while now (ever since aVo fanboys hit NeoCraft) I've wanted to save server admins the time that is needed to deal with mass griefer communities, such as those that use Team Avolition's YouTube channel as a "GriefHub", if you like. I, and any of moderators/admins on NeoCraft at the time, remember how much time and effort was put in to effectively making the server grief-free without using a whitelist. Now I quite recently decided to build up a collection of Minecraft players who I have personally seen in action spamming or griefing. And I'm currently working on this project, which I've imaginatively named the Minecraft Global Banlist. And today I finally managed to get a domain for it. (MinecraftBanList.net) I'm going to build up a database of hackers/griefers/spammer in the Minecraft community, which server admins will be free to use to stop them accessing and ding damage to their servers. But, I cannot do this on my own, and I will need some help building up the database and developing the site. I suppose on the whole it's almost the same project, but what I find with MCBans is that many people are globally banned without proof, by random admins, or for silly reasons. E.g. I've seen that you've been banned 2 times on MCBans servers for using flymod. And Legolas777, ah, great. 	Sounds like a good idea, also. Lol my MC name is listed there at 2010 while my current acc didn't even exist at that time. I see your point. Also, have you considered adding reasons to any (new) banned players? At the moment I see it's a list for easy copy pasting, but you could add a page where you can fill in reason for banning and such. MCBans is compatible with cracked servers, where people with hacked clients can log in under any name they so wish. Therefore, some people get globally banned because of other people's offences. And yeah, I'm planning on making a search engine with reasons, but I only got the site registered yesterday, so for now it's just a plaintext list.
