This is a thread to discuss the Neoseeker Minecraft Server (Now named NeoCraft) set up on Feb the 5th, 2011. The server itself is on a VPS, meaning there is (usually) no downtime.

Server Rules
Typing /rules on the server will bring up rules which I need to update - for now I'll post them here.

-Don't Grief
-Don't Troll or be generally annoying
-Don't detonate TNT or use flint and steel without permission, unless you are a builder (Fire spread is off)
-Respect Others
-Don't ask for items - they usually won't be given.
-Don't ask for elite status - that is given to those who have put some effort and dedication into the server for a while. Don't ask for mod or adminship either.
-Use common sence! ...sense?



Important Commands
Here are a few commands you should use:

/who - Shows who is online
/motd - Message Of the Day (In this case, month)
/rules - Outdated but well... eventually they will be something.
/help - Command list; Some you can't use, but I can't help that.

/sethome - Sets a home warp
/home - Go to the home warp

/tp ___ Teleport to user ___
/s ___ Teleport user ___ to you.

/money - Check your balance. Iconomy Plugin
/money help - Help on IConomy
/money pay - Give money to people.

There are many, many more which I can not list.

Mobs
Yes, mobs are on. However, there is free food in the cafe and the City has creeper protection. If you want, I can put creeper protection on areas.

Admins and Moderators
If you see a red [Mod] Tag by someones name, they are moderator. (Obviously)
If you see a green [Admin] Tag by someones name, they are an administrator.
Blue [Owner] is me. And only me.

Note that gray [Elite] and yellow [Donor] tags do not mean they have any power - they are just different ranks. Here is a list of some of the mods/admins:

what map? the current map, or the old 1 when the plug-ins exploded?

When 1.7 comes out, 1.6 will stay on the server until I can update it. When it comes out there will be a little contest for elite.

Sorry, had to go back to last night's server, had some chunk corruption (the spawn had finished when i made the backup).

Not updating until WorldGuard updates, currently pistons can be exploited so that you can bypass anything with them.

You can change betweeen worlds through portals. Not nether portals, but you'll see. If I can do the permissions right then commands will also work
