Android Tablets

So, who has one, who wants one?

I'm getting an ASUS TF300 on Thursday and I was wondering what everyone else had/wanted?

Plus, if you know of any cool tablet exclusive apps or tricks, let's hear 'em.

Rocking my iPad 2 over here. I think you'll really enjoy a tablet though. It beats the portability of a laptop and great for showing things to other people or using on the couch or in bed.

I almost got the original Xoom, but it just wasn't at all up to par.

Yeah, the Transformer series, imo are what proved Android tablets to be functional and worthwhile. They didn't sacrifice anything in build quality and still hit a good price point.

The new Windows Tablet (called Surface I think) looks pretty good. Only saw one video but it looked fairly similar to the Asus with a nicer interface - Windows 8.

I also have a 10.1 and i use it more than my laptop. Im able to type up word docs for college on it and clean themq up on school computers pretty well. I also buy my college books on it and with hovernote i can take notes on the books without having to go back and forth. I do intend to get the surface when it launches though, because i migt get a windows phone. The s2 skyrocket has really been getting *bleep*ed by att lately.

Recently i have decided to buy a iPad 3g.

That'll be over $800 just so you know It isn't likely it will complete in pricing with current tablets which the RT is meant to.

tomski, you should see how much you can get away with selling it for. The Nexus 7 is a killer device of the same size for just $200 (announced at Google I/O).
