Yucaly, #3 on indictment list, gets my account suspended!

So, I was playing quite a few weeks ago, and invaded Yucaly, and he was ranked #3 at the time that I played him. I invaded, and absolutely wrecked him, and sent him a message saying "Nice, #3". He sends me a message back saying "Sry, u r laggy". Seeing that he's a soar loser and REALLY didn't wanna lose (From his wrath of gods spam), I sent him a nice little message saying "Hows wraths and rapiers treating ya *bleep*? hahah you suck"

I'm sorry, but the most common and cheap build I see online, just look at the top 10 or 20 players on the indictment list (Ps3 specifically) is people using wrath of gods, with some sort of rapier or claymore. So I sent him this message, because the match was not laggy at all, and it just really gets me irritated when someone loses, and blames it on lag, especially when they're USING LAGGY GLITCHY MAGIC/MIRACLES.

2 days ago, I try to sign into the Ps3, and it says "your account has been banned or temporarily suspended". So I'm like, what the hell, let me investigate. Finally, I get to the person who tells me why my account was suspended, and he says "someone reported a message saying 'hows wrath and well i cant really repeat the rest'". I said yes I remember this message, and asked is this why Im being suspended, for 1 message? He said yes, and I asked for how long, and it's 7 days. Really, for talkin trash, not a warning? Or a 1 or 2 day suspension, for a FIRST TIME OFFENSE, as the man said on the phone. Whatever PlayStation Network.

So, I look to see who I sent that message to, because I'm one of those people who doesn't delete messages, I like to remember names. And look who I sent that message to???? Yucaly, ranked top 3 in the world. Good job buddy! Play like a cheap ass and report anyone who says how shadey your tactics are!

All I'm sayin is if your on the Ps3, watch your mouth, even if you beat a player who deserves what's coming to them.

on the other hand, sony handled this badly as well, if it is your first offence then a warning shoulda been the proper punishment, or a normal 1-2 suspention.

Your absolutely right, and I'm never gonna send any type of message again, but it just annoys me that its a ban for this long for the words " F A G G O T" and "you suck". Like you said, for a first time offense, no warning or 1 or 2 day suspension, but a week? I think that's a little ridiculous, and I sent Sony an email about it as well. Like, can't the user just block me?
