What's the best rapier?

Richards wins in my book the 2h strong attack is I believe the best ingame hits like 10 times I use sunlight blade miracle or strong magic weapon on my +15 and if I hit with the full strong attack HP gone

Since i normally don't have a problem with humanity I was thinking about a +5 Chaos Ricards but idk,
The sunlight blade would be a good idea but im not sure how many atunement slots I would like to give up
to make using the weapon in regular pvp usefull. and yes My friend would also be on your side Reirou he also
prefers Velkas,but im not sure if the 5 attack combo of ricards is worth it if I don't land a hit.

Why not just duel-wield both of them? That should make a good combo, that is if you aren't going to use the other slot for something else.

Because I need something to block with lol, this is by no means a speedy character, but at the same time doesnt move at a crawl,this is just something I would be switching to to chase down people fleeing from me with.

Totally agree with u reirou riposte are the best since my main char is based on my DS char that used estoc and parry dagger I kept the same but added Richards for fun my int ain't high enough for veska cause I'm a faith build some what as well want to use darkmoon blade on my +15 Richards and have a occulted +5 estoc and a +5 lightning estoc same style estoc if I want to draw out the match and richards for a quick win with it's R2 atk mixed in with R1 yo throw them off
