Hi people, Ste here.
Here to let you know that I have started a Fan Game. This is a continuation of FE6/7 called "Return of the Scouring."
Which is pretty much self-explanatory.
The game has already started production and a Demo will be up within the week.
A few people are helping me sprite, Sven, and Sort of GM.
And this is really a thread just like Kilik's.
I AM using RPG Maker XP, so Call it a 'short-cut' if you will, but it's very effective.

This game does take place in Elibe.(obviously.)And Focuses mainly on Ostia, Etruria and Ilia. Though the Son of Roy is in it, He is only ONE of the Main characters.
The real main Character this game is focused around is Rex, He'll be in an update soon.

Elron

Class:Noble/Lord

Background: Yup, the next addition to Pherae's royal family makes a comeback for this game! Sadly, this boy is going through the same trauma Eliwood was put through. Roy has been assassinated. And since You guys don't care, you know who by? JAFFAR assassinated Roy. Elron knows it, but no one believes him. He was taught to fight from none other than Marcus and his Father.

Class:Cavalier/Paladin

Background:Calvin is a Caelin Knight with alot of enthusiasm and likes to joke around alot.

Other:Since in FE6 the Red Cavalier had more STR and Def, This time, he has more SPD and SKL, like Kent.

Background:Tyre is also a Caelin Knight, that is working for Elron right now. He is loyal, and I mean LOYAL. He's usually ridiculed by most people from Lycia, because he Eagler's son and all...

Other:HE, has the STR and DEF...He's like Sain, with more Skill.

Description:This, is Cecil, A soldier, And do you know what else he is? The son of Guy.

Class:Soldier/Halberdier.

Background:Guy found another survivor of Sacae named Aleria.(Character also...) They married, and had a baby which they named Cecil. Cecil was brainwashed from all of the other children.(not literally of course...) while studying in Bern. And was convinced that Sacae started the original Scouring. Hearing this he ran away confused. Joined the Ostian Alliance. He is one of their top-notch soldiers. And is pushing himself to become Commander of his section.

Caleb

Class:Mercenary(Swords)/Hero

Background:This is Caleb, One of Rex's two loyal servants appointed by Lilina. He used to be very rich, until the Tornado hit Ostia.(This will come up ALOT in a little while.) But now, he's just trying to make enough money to live off of. He still has all of his belongings, but no Gold.

Other:He's probably the most like Dieck with a little less STR.

Turk

Class:Mercenary(Swords)/Hero.

Background:Turk is Rex's other servants. Turk was a begger, but when the Tornado hit, it killed so many, Lilina allowed him to work for Ostian Royalty.

Other:Thanks Pitline! Turk is alot like Raven, with more Def and Res. He's a tank in a merc's body basically.

Fabron

Class:Squire/Slayer.

Background:A dedicated Soldier from a small village in Etruria, He needed to make money, so he Decided to work for the Bern army, But during his Cristening presentation he was claimed to be "Talking Back" When it was some-one next to him saying.
"I shouldn't need this Damn Cristening...I could take all these Novices on in less than a minute".
So after this, he went to Ostia, and became a Soldier there. But he is looked upon strangely by others because of his Etrurian Descent, As Etrurians are known for their Sages and Bishops. Fabron learned Sword-Play cutting Vines off of Houses in his village.

Other:Yes, he pwns, plain and simple.

Nolan

Class:Archer/Sniper.

Background:This is Nolan, a Hunter from Ilia, he was always a cheery person, but is serious when the situation calls for it. Nolan lived in Ilia for most of his life, But Nolan, was very adventerous, So Nolan and his sister Ruby flew on Ruby's Pegasus to Lycia. They just so happened to land in Pherae, where they became friends with the Pherae royal family. Nolan is still excellent with a bow, so when he heard of Elron's Departure, his adventerous side gave in.(look at prologue)

Felix

Class:Thief/Assassin.

Background: This, is Felix, Ostia's new reliable thief/spy. After Matthew passed last year. Felix's origins are unknown, Felix has a way of getting words out of people, and that's why he's so good at what he does.

Other:JTT made the mug, but I gave it Plastic-Surgery and Hair-Extensions. Felix should be good, he's your common thief, but stat wise, I think he's most like Astol, with less STR and more SPD.

Minor:

Royce

Class:Knight/General

Background: Royce is a Caelin Knight at the top of his command. He's very skilled. And likes to hit on Girls. ALOT. He goes on his way with Elron when he sees Ruby. Marquess Caelin Allowed him to leave because they are the top army in Lycia right now Anyways.

Mug:

Other:Royce, I don't really know how to describe him. He starts out with Wallace-ish stats. But has Amelia growths.(But not that much fricken speed God Damn it...)Oh, and thank you LW for the Mug.


Tristan

Class:Knight/General

Background:Tristan is also a Caelin Knight, he's very serious, but doesn't seem to care when it comes to fighting. He's like Shikamaru from Naruto if you're farmiliar. He's very lazy. But, he does respect Royce very much as his mentor and keeps him in line when it comes to Women. But when Royce leaves with Elron, Tristan knew there wouldn't be much of a purpose for him in Caelin if Royce was gone.

Geno

Class:Great Knight.

Background:One of the Two leaders in command of Squadron X in the Ostia Alliance. He is Cecil's Mentor and Guy's worst enemy. He taught Cecil the ways of the Spear, And did a good job of it to say the least.

Other:Yes, a pre-promote,Yes, he sucks balls.

Jeremiah

Class:Priest/Bishop

Background:This is Jeremiah, a timid fellow that lives in a small village on the outskirts of Etruria called Orna. He lives near the Great Orna River. That connects to the OStian Castle. Elron and Company are lost on their way to Ilia. They stumble across the Orna River, They stopped for a drink. While Elron was Drinking he is struck with an arrow. He removes it, but the wound is deep. Jeremiah notices someone is hurt, so he rushes over and heals him. Elron thanks him and tells him about his journey to Ilia.Jeremiah said he'd be glad to help, More arrows rushed at Elron and his army.Elron quickly realizes it's Ostia.

Other:I gave Jeremiah somewhat Mediocre stats. But the only things good about him are his '30' MAG Cap, and '27' SKL cap.

Rein

Class:Nomad/Ranger

Background:The son of Sue, Rath's family Legacy continues with the next member of the Kutolah. Rein is very Tribal, like his Grandfather. He'll usually help someone if they aren't a Sacae. But can be a bit Prejudice. Rein,however, was sick of living in Sacae. So he's traveling all around Elibe with his horse Susan, named after his Mother. Rein is in ilia right now only because the Ilian's charge money to enter and leave the Ilian Gates.Rein ran out of money gambling, so now he's stuck there, only with a Tent in the grass.

Other:Rein, breaks the record for being awesome with a Horse. 27 STR Cap, 30 SPD cap, 26 DEF, and 29 SKL. Please tell me if you think it's too good.===============

Richard

Cavalier/Paladin

Background:Richard is an Ilian Knight with not much of a story. He wanted to learn how to fight, So he did. No Father or Mother that was a Fighter, Richard was just always interested in it.(I DON'T ALWAYS NEED A CLEVER BACKSTORY OKAY?!?!)

Other:He has stats sort of like Treck.

Class:Paladin.

Background: Serion is the head of command for Sector Y of the Ostian Alliance. And Geno's 'partner' I was talking about. He's very dedicated, but sadly, Sucks balls.

Class:Pegasus Knight/Falco Knight

Background:Ruby is a very energetic girl, but is shy around people she 'likes', Which just so happens to be Elron. She is very attatched to Nolan, (And Elron...)And Yes, IF NOLAN DIES, RUBY LEAVES.(Suicide FTW!)

Other:Yup! BSmith again!

Justin

Class:Axe Mercenary/Barbarian.

Background:A very care-free kid, who loves to kill. This is why he picks an Axe, a big blade, and a small handle makes good math for Justin. He is recruited in the Second chapter at level 2. Elron convinces him into joining by telling him how much more people there are on the opposite side, So there's more for him to Kill, So he joins! And does a GREAT job.

Other:BSmith, right now, you are officially my Sex-muffin, Yes, he made this one too.

Minos

Class:Guard/Defender

Background:This is Minos, A very large man, sporting a new class! Introducing the Guard/Defender. These are Lance/Axe using classes, The first non-promoted class to be able to have dual weapons besides Cavaliers! Anyways, Minos is one of two Guards in this game, He specializes in Axes, the other, in lances. Minos is a Native-Lycia soldier. With a grudge against Bern.

Other:THAT'S AN EYE PATCH. And Minos has potential, With high defense and Str, but Suffers in the Spd category. And Put him up against a Magic unit, and Kiss him good-bye.

Cory

Class:Mage/Sage

Background: This is Cory, A traveling mage who just wants to get through the day, He travels with his brother Cal. They don't really have a home, so they just go where the wind takes them, They find themselves in between the war, And Elron sees that they can use magic pretty well, So he asks them to join.

Background: Cory's brother, pretty much has the same background, he is the older of the two, and actually witnessed his parents death, they died in a fire 9 years ago.

Class:Hunter/Ranger

Background:Jade is a selfish little brat. She thinks she's the best at everything she does. Personality wise, she's like a Bitchy Lute.() She's also sporting ONE new class. The Hunter! Hunters are alot like archers, but less strength and more speed. They promote into Rangers.(Which aren't a new class for people who haven't played FE8.)

Arrosa

Class:Shaman/Druid.

Background:Arrosa is a girl from Nabata, She speaks in tongues at some random times, and confuses alot of people, but she's a nice person at heart.

Other:Yep, the first female Shaman in a while huh? Yep, She should be Okay with the stat growth's I gave her. She'll have high speed, high STR, and low defense like most other Shamans.

Yen

Class:Mercenary(Lance)/Dragoon.

Background: Yen is a mysterious guy, He doesn't know where he hails from, And doesn't even know his last name, He's a mystery to himself and the people around him.

Other:Thanks for the mug LW! I tweaked it a bit, but anyways. Yen is awesome. He has above average STR and Def, SPD is average, And has AWESOME Res.

PROLOGUE

The son of Roy, the Grandson of Eliwood, their legendary saga returns with the true heir to the throne of Marquess Pherae.This position was taken over by force after Roy mysteriously vanished. Elron ncouldn't take throne and Marcus.(YES HE'S IN!!!) Was training soldiers in Ilia. Their next choice was Harken.Harken took throne for a little while, But was assassinated. Pherae was scared, and then overthrown by a man named Zebekiah.
A strong Ruler who actually did a good job...For a while...
2 years passed since then, and it is the year Elron was set for Marquess. Zebekiiah made threats to Pherae because he wanted to keep his position.The people then aggravaged him. He then made these threats a promise. And Pherae was corroding from the inside. As he signed his decree. He shouted these words.
"Just try and Stop me!" This enfuriated Elron. Elron ran to Zebekiah and swung a punch. Zebekiah avoided it and gave Elron a slash to the back with his blade. It almost killed Elron, he was in a coma for almost 5 weeks. There is now a HUGE scar there. Elron knew he had to take over the throne. He knew because his Father, his Father's Father, and His Father's Grandfather would've done so.
So Elron gathered a small but Reliable army with him to Ilia. He brought Lowen, Tyre,Nolan, And Nolan's sister Ruby. They traveled to Ilia for back-up because Ilia and Pherae had recently made a treaty, and Ostia and Pherae's had been broken. Their first stop, Araphen in Lycia.

Sorry to DP, but some Shots are up...

With the versitality of RPG Maker, you could really make an exact Fire Emblem replica. Just rip the pictures and such you need from ROMs, it really doesn't need to be different.

Dude, you REALLY need to work on those, But I DO like a few, I'm actually going to touch up the one on the Top-Right and use him for the first bandit-boss.
And I'll probably PM you the Exposition of the plot sometime during the week and you can tell me your ideas and what you think.

I've got a bunch of sprites too. Here is just about everything. I'd like it if you kept the names though. I can understand if you do, especially to fit into the story, but even more specifically with the outlandish ones. No name implies there is no name.
