Please, you should know I wouldn't take offense to that. And I'm not saying ste needs to edit them to make different. I'm merely saying that Uldren should let us know when he submits a mug for use by both of us. That way, we can converse among each other to make edits to differentiate them, or simply choose to not use a mug and let ther other have it. In this case, I have no problem not using the brown haired one and letting ste use it.

Fixed this guy. Honestly he had about 15 colors in the head/trim. 3 outlines as well. And the outline didn't complete on the helm. I'll revamp decent mugs and make them good.

Also quick thing on shading:


The one on the left is how you're doing it the one on the right is how it should be done.

Not necessarily, by making it checkered it blends the two colors together, making it better. By not having the checkered shading, it goes from one color to the other color making it look less blended together.

Actually not always, you're making it sketchy. The thing is you're not going for the lapse in the shading, if you look the light would be obscured by something in the checkered ones. What you are trying to pull off requires many more colors, and is a different style entirely. Like this (Made by oranj) . The thing is, with a 4 base skin tone the checker method looks more like pixels were missed rather than blended.

Almost done with a revamp of the lord. The one that is currently there sucks to much to salvage so I started from scratch. It is not done, the armor is the head isn't I need to fix the hair. So yeah comment armor that only please.

The face needs work. He looks too old/too mean.

I think that Ste's mug is fine, but that mug would be perfect for a bad guy. I you change the angle of the eyebrow he could look less mean.

He doesn't look mean, he looks determined. That's a really good mug for a Lord, and it really is impossibly better than ste's.
