1. No Spamming

Spamming is not allowed in any forum on neoseeker and will not be allowed here either.



2. No Flaming

Flaming can be defined as arguing in a heated manner through swearing, over-emotional posts, and general fighting with the other forum members. DO NOT aggravate one another. If someone is flaming you please take it outside of the forum through Neo PM or instant messaging. Any members viewing such incidents are encouraged to push the 'report' button or PM a moderator.


3. No discussion is allowed on ROMs or Emulators.

Neoseeker does not support them and any topics about them will be deleted on sight.


4. No Membrating

Membrating is the act of taking on the role of a moderator and taking matters into your own hands. We have moderators, and that's what they are here for. A moderator will deal with all incidents. Don't go into a thread and start saying this is going to be closed and what not. You will be in just as much trouble as the person who created the thread.


5. No Vulgar or derogatory marks will be allowed in this forum.

This would be classified as flaming to a higher level and you will be punished as the moderator sees fit.


6. NO IMPERSONATING A MEMBER BY USING THEIR NAME IN AN UNREGISTERED POST.

This is offensive and can cause the member much grief. People impersonating other members will be banned on sight.

No, Oscar is not required if you are not fighting the boss. You can have them escape at any time. Marcia and Titania, Ike and Volke can handle getting to Neph and Brom. After that, move Brom and Neph(you can use Ike to tell them to move if you want) and get Ike out.

That's the Prison Break chapter right? Would Nephenee, Brom, and Kieran be recruited if you don't speak to them? Is it necessary to speak to Sephiran? How do you get through the chapter unnoticed?

1) Yes
2) You only need to speak to Nephenee & Brom. Either by talking to Brom Kieran comes too, or Kieran just comes on his own.
3) No.
4) Being out of range from the three watch soldiers constantly.

I've never bothered with the stealth...I always thought the Battle Exp was greater then Bonus exp. Am i wrong?

Well, Bonus EXP is nice for levelling up low level characters, so really I suppose it's the same thing, only with more options, so I can put all my EXP towards Mist or something like that, as opposed to having to split it up between everyone who fights.

Hmm...I suppose...i usually just spam staves and Mist usually gets enough exp that way. Maybe 1-2 levels of b exp are actually needed for me to promote her for chapter 17

Well, not just Mist, but anyone low level. Bonus EXP is definitely faster than staff spamming too. And more cost efficient.

Not just one level. It's a lot of BEXP. Enough for like 10+ levels I believe.

Still, it's a lot of BEXP. The guide is very straightforward that I printed out, I just can't kill anything with Oscar which makes it difficult, since the guide doesn't account for 'Not killing the boss'. :/
