Fireworks

I like fireworks. However, I only see them one day of the year, and that's the 4^th of July. I've never even heard of New Year's fireworks. :/

I quite like fireworks. I used to watch them from my old house when they went off in the city, but I can't see them anymore. >:

I don't even see fireworks anymore; only hear them. They're nothing interesting for me, anyway.

I presume you mean the ashes/debris from the fireworks after they exploded. This wasn't an uncommon occurrence where I grew up, as sometimes some debris from the fireworks would land in the parking lot of the apartment complex in which I grew up. As a result, the fire department would have a truck stationed in the parking lot in the event any debris landed in the parking lot, sometimes carried there by the wind.

It didn't take much wind to bring said debris over our way because of the proximity of the launch site to where I was growing up, which was pretty darn close. That goes all the way back to when I was five or six years old, and I'll admit, the fireworks used to spook me to an extent in my younger years, but I've gotten used to them.

I don't necessarily like going to the firework displays nowadays due to the crowds, which makes getting home via public transportation a ginormous headache, and I won't go in the winter time due to how damn cold it gets where I live.
