	I talk it out, usually. Or I listen to a song which matches my feeling. Helps alot! Showering does too, for some reason. Sitting in the warm water, tearing up... Best relief ever.

	Go for a walk, music playing loudly through my headphones, and then when I feel like I'm going to cry, I sit down where ever I am, close my eyes and fight the tears back. Then when I go home, I have a hot bubble bath, soak for like... an hour. Then I lie in bed staring up at the ceiling (which is painted black with little white stars on so it looks like the sky.) and just drift into sleep. ------------------- You never said goodbye.
