Sasuke vs Naruto isn't easy when trying to decide a winner. Sasuke Uchiha has the Ameterasu, Susanoo, Genjutsu, Sharingan, Fire release, Blaze release, Lightning release, and Storm release. Naruto Uzamaki has Biju mode, Sage mode, and the Nine Tails can take control of Naruto and fight with the wisdom the tailed beast has accumulated over the years, he also has Wind release, Rasengan and its nature transformation to Rasen Shuriken, as well as summoning jutsu to perform water style with gamakitchi.
Now you see that i am slightly biast towards Sasuke Uchiha because he has been using his own power this whole time while Naruto has been using Nine-Tails chakra most of his life to win as well as he has twice the initial amount of chakra than Sasuke without Nine-Tails and how he spams Rasengan irritates me.
In my opinion Naruto is really vulnerable to Sasuke's jutsu. The reason why is that Naruto uses Wind release wich is weak to Sasuke's Fire release and Blaze release, although Naruto could theoretically use Water release and nullify Sasuke,s Lightning release. This makes them on par jutsu wise
In terms of Pure Chakra and Ethereal beings Naruto and Sasuke are almost on par but Naruto is still a little bit stronger in this field. The reason Naruto is a little bit stronger is because he can make a chakra Nine-Tails to fight for Naruto, while Sasuke Susanoo is strong and has brutal attacks it pales in size and comparison but if Madara's Susanoo could grow legs and be as destructive as his was it could be the same for Sasuke they could be matched but first Sasuke would have to achieve the Rinnegan wich is right after Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan wich Sasuke already has. In the end though is Sasuke and Naruto were to fight as of Chapter 620 Sasuke could lose.
Taijutsu wise if they were to fight Sasuke would dominate the hand to hand combat if they were to not use and extra chakra and only there base abilities. The reason why is Naruto's attacks are slow and brutish but because sasuke is nimble and has the Sharingan. One factor though is Naruto's stamina, he has high stamina whle Sasuke is fast he could not keep up his max speed for ever. So i would have to say that taijutsu is a draw because Naruto would get physically destroyed while Sasuke would be extremely exhausted to the point of collapsing.
The last aspect of there fight is intelligence and strategy. Naruto isn't as bright or as fast as Sasuke but he knows sasuke very well to keep up with him in a fight. Although Sasuke's skills of observation far exceed Naruto they would constantly be at a draw with there techniques. So in the end Sasuke has Probably won this section just because he is more observant and intelligent.
Now if it were a head on fight against each other and all there techniques were maxed out the fight would be draw because they are on par in every way making up for each others weaknesses but if they were to fight together, like against Madara, Tobi, and Ten Tails they would be a force to be reckoned with. So in the end they are truly equal and perfect team.
