This was clarified by 2K today, who apparently forgot some people don't live in North America (oopsie). “I can confirm that the PS3 version of BioShock Infinite in North America contains a copy of the original BioShock," a 2K Games spokesperson told Eurogamer. “This is not the case in the UK - it's a local promotion in North America.” The original BioShock was released in 2007, and very quickly grabbed the attention of the public, for good reason. 	well, bioshock 1 is not that expensive nowadays (9 bucks = used copy) but it is a little annoying for those who hoped to enjoy a great game. i guess us less worthy Europeans will just have to scavenge the bargain bins again then ;_;

	I'm glad they're including a free copy of Bioshock with the PS3 copy of Bioshock Infinite, but I feel like 2K Games is f***ing Xbox 360 users over with that. Bioshock launched on the 360 first, then Sony came later on. As a matter of fact, why is Microsoft not bundling up trilogy games into a bundle like Sony does with Infamous, GOW, Rachet & Clank, Killzone, and many others.
