Editor Question! Urgent!

Basicly I have been doing my own Summer 2011 update.
I was going to start a thread on here for it within the next week or two as I begin to get the bulk of it done ready for a beta release.

All going well, done all english divisions promotions & relegations. loans, stat changes, contracts back etc.

I move onto scotland, I have completed all there promotions and relegations, I have checked through loads of times

I go to start a game and scotland has a "!" next to it and cannot be selected! anybody have an idea where I have gone wrong? I can upload if somebody is willing to have a look for me etc? any help is much apreciated!

I thought this but I have checked, all teams are in there correct division.

Scottish Premier has 12 teams in it

then Div 1, 2 & 3 each have ten teams

Load your database, go to Scotland, and press "Test nations Rules". It'll show you what's invalid...

you havent clicked 'add nation rules' or something along those line have you?

I tried faffing around with the editor and did something on the add nation rules tab and tried doing a new game and it came up with an error message saying the nation rules have been changed and are gay now an cannot start a game so i had to delete the db and start a fresh.,

When you press "Add Nation Rules", you have to recreate the rules for all the Leagues and Cups in that nation, as well as add them to the Nation itself...

Easily move your mouse to the ! symbol, it should tell you the problem

I think THINK think where I have gone wrong is..

I have gone onto competitions and clicked "swap" teams, so it appears my teams are in the correct divisions..

But when I go onto them, some say "next division" and they are in the wrong division. Does this make sense to anybody?
