	Wiki Pages Assignments Log in to remove this sponsored message So which assignments have you guys done? I've only been playing for about 2 days (irl days) in the past couple months so I have only done 3 out of the 10. Although I am progressing smoothly on the others. I've unlocked: - FAMAS - L85A2 - G53 I'm pleased to hear that they're also going to add more once the Close Quarter DLC comes out. :D Edit: May 28, 12 4:11am assignments, assignment, battlefield 3, online, multiplayer

	I have completed all of them except the L85. I just dont play Squad Deathmatch enough, terrible game mode IMO. None of my mates play it and any time i join a random game my team tend to be losing by miles regardless of how i perform. I just cant stand being forced to play game modes i dont like. Probably wont ever unlock it. Hope the new assignments are performance based and not based on game modes.

Although when phoenixblue and another mate and I were doing Squad TDM, we joined a game where the leaders had around 25 kills. We managed to win by miles. A combination of just constantly reviving each other and just straight up slaying is beast. And I actually like Squad TDM, because it's fairly action packed as its small maps and it gets you a high score per minute. You only need to win 5 games, so it's not too hard. I kinda like it, seems much better than say the Black Ops method of unlocking perks which was annoying. Plus the L85 is bleeping amazing.

And you wont hear me arguing with ya about Black Ops, hate that game like it was a living breathing pedophile. Words simply cant explain how much i hate it LOL. I relish any oppertunity to slag it off or hear others doing so LOL.

Probably my favourite ground vehicle. You can literally drive round a tank in a circle faster than they can rotate the turret. So fast, so much fun for running people over. I kinda want one actually.

	I've got all of them. Scarred Veteran probably took the most time because of the DPV kills. I only remembered about the mine trick when I had completed it.

	I have all the guns in the game and all B2K guns as well in order to get them you MUST MUST MUST be determined. They will take time but you'll get em eventually. And I can't wait for the Close Quarter DLC !

	I've gotten 8/10 so far, I don't have the very last one yet, I need to get the vehicle kills, and I need to get the second assignment for the engineer class. Destroying an enemy vehicle with a Repair Torch is difficult, but I'll get it one day. Can anyone tell me how exactly I get the vehicle kills. Am I suppose to run them over or shoot them with whatever gun is attatched to the vehicle. One of my friends has done both and hasn't progressed yet on the kills for some reason.

If you are talking about the DPV jeep kill assignment there are three ways to achieve them, two legit and one which is kind of cheating: (Remember to use the right jeep aswell, it only works with the DPV, your mate may have been using the other one). 1: Simply run guys over in the jeep. Easiest on Gulf of Oman I found. I would park out of the way on the beach near A until the enemies take that checkpoint then roll in behind them as they run to B over the desert, even if they hear you they'll most likely assume you are a friendly in the jeep which spawns at A. Killed three guys in one go the first time i tried it :-D 2: Get kills with the DPV mounted .50 cal machine gun. I find removing yourself from any squads and tackling the jeep as driver and gunner is the best way to do this. Drive into position and change seats. If you stay part of a squad then your team-mates will spawn on you and drive away. Bloody annoying. 3: CHEATING If you play as an engineer then place some anti-tank mines in high flow area's. Then steal a jeep and drive away somewhere quiet and safe, as long as you stay in the jeep then when someone rolls over your mine and dies it counts as a jeep kill. You can mix this with method 1 & 2. After your mines are placed try driving around running people over and shooting if the oppertunity comes up. If you get one mine kill, one roadkill and one gun kill thats you more than half way there. Tip: If you struggle to get jet or chopper kills this mine trick works for them aswell. It is a rather dishonest way of doing things though. And for me anti-tank mines are cheap as hell altogether. I'd use it for the challenges if you are struggling though. Just try not to get too dependant on it. Question to the forum: I just thought of something to try, do you think this would work: Start as an engineer and acquire a DPV jeep, park it and stand next to it with a Javelin equipped and lock on to a different empty jeep elsewhere. When an enemy enters the other jeep fire your Javelin then jump back into your own jeep before impact. Now here is the real question, When your javelin hits the enemy, will this count as a jeep kill like the AT mine trick? or a normal Javelin kill ? Anyone tried this?

Do you mean park the jeep, switch to the third seat (passenger side) then fire the javelin from there? Aaaaah, also possible. The DPV does definately have a passenger seat and you can fire javelins from it. Worth a try.
