Shortcuts - How Do You Feel?

Shortcuts are basically a free pass to unlock, virtually, everything in the game with little effort. The only thing you can't buy are the camo and specializations. How do you feel about them?

I have no problem with them, especially in a game like this. It's been out for over a 6 months, and most players are above level 45 and have all their shit straight. It's suicide to hop in a Little Bird and have an air battle when you have nothing unlocked. Those things don't even have flares that you can get. That being said, I don't know why people bitch and moan about people not grinding for their unlocks.

What do you guys think? Is there a negative side to people buying their way through the game unlocks? Did you buy a shortcut?

I have to say, I really don't think it's a big deal. Although its not my personal choice on how I play the game it's a definitive curve of gameplay for people who may have just bought the game rather than people who have been grinding through it since release day. I've just recently reached level 26, and honestly just getting to here was a pain in the ass. But now that I have a level head on what this games all about it's easier to grind through each level.



It may be a cheap way to get everything unlocked sure, but buying your way through the game isn't going to make you play it any better. Certain weapons and tactics within this game are things nobody can master overnight.



So whether people choose to buy these " shortcuts" or not, I don't think it's going to affect the game in a negative way..

Not something i'd ever buy on any game, no matter how late I get into it.

But saying that, it's all stuff any player can get to if they really want. So I have no problem if guy wants to drop 40 notes on something you get for free.

It's not DLC.

They're releasing 3 DLCs this year.
