Ah, in comparison to Blink? That would be quite interesting to go back to something with a roll... I must've had Blink now since about lvl 12 so going back to roll would be weird; whether that be a good or a bad weird I don't know

I do remember not liking Blink initially due to the slight pause before and after using it, in comparison to the fluidity of the roll, but guess I've gotten used to the timing now. Also, I pretty much use Poison Blink as an attack now since it does fairly decent damage (and puts enemies under the poison effect of course), so I think I'd end up constantly rolling at enemies, expecting it to do something if I was to switch back


Regarding Block, I've finally started using Parry a lot more often recently and jeez I've been missing out in just trying to dodge everything before! I particularly like it with a Mage Talisman since it sends out an elemental effect blast on use which is rather handy. Took me about half the game to get used to the damn thing but really liking it now haha

House of Valor does look good; I've not been in there yet either. Planned to do it before sailing for Mel Senshir but I'm already gonna be out-levelling everything in Klurikon so might just save it for after the story... the whole Valor area levels to your level as far as I'm aware (as long as you're at least level 8) so it should still remain a challenge whenever.

As for gold, I have over 6 million right now Sounds like a good plan in doing Valor to fund the staff though yes

Haha, I hope you enjoy the guide then! I've still not read everything in it, as I don't want to read anything about areas or storyline that I haven't played through yet, but there has been a lot of good stuff. Things like the Quest guides seem a bit drawn out since it's usually fairly obvious as to what you need to do, but I guess if you were playing through the game 'by the book', they could be useful. In depth descriptions and number crunching on weapons, abilities and enemies has been my favourite bit; area guides, the lists of purple & gold gear and just the general game mechanics/info was all pretty great though too
