Is there any way to make an ultra-extreme excitement rating ride?

I'm talking about RCT, could you give me any tips?

Build a Go Karts track all around the park, along the fence, avoiding things by going over or tunneling under, the larger the park, the better. In smaller parks, build around and over hills and valleys, and you'll get an U-E excitement rating.
I found this out when I built one in Nevermore Park in the Loopy Landscapes pack. If you're wondering, no, I didn't build it around the lake in the center of the park, which is not owned by the park, but went over the small patch where the park has C-Rights, where the red coaster already passes over.
I got 15.XX (don't remember exactly) excitement.
I never got that high with a coaster or any other type of ride, however.
