	Log in to remove this advertisement Plot Summary: Looper is a time travel movie, set in a near future where time travel doesn’t exist but will be invented in a few decades. A group of killers (called Loopers) work for a crime syndicate in the future where their bosses send their targets hogtied and blindfolded back in time to the Loopers, and their job is to simply shoot them in the head and dispose of the body. So the target vanishes from the future and the Loopers dispose of a corpse that doesn’t technically exist, a very clean system. Complications set in from there. Release Date: TBA Studio: Not Available Director: Rian Johnson Screenwriter: Rian Johnson Starring: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis Genre: Action, Crime, Sci-Fi Bruce Willis just signed onto the project. Supposedly he'll play an older version of JGL, who is sent back in time, where JGL (who'll play a Looper) must then decide what to do with his future self. Sounds like it'll be pretty cool.

	Even though Rian Johnson's only taken on two films, he's easily among my favorite directors ever. His take on a serious sci-fi film should be incredible, especially with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis starring. Edit: Feb 14, 12 1:29am -------------------

	I say it doesn't look bad because it's JGL... playing Bruce Willis. I mean, Bruce Willis is badass, but he's always playing the same role basically. So it was weird in the trailer seeing JGL try and duplicate what Willis has been playing for 30 years. If that makes any sort of sense whatsoever. lol -------------------

	Hope this will turn out to be as decent an action movie as the trailer seems to show it could be. What's up with JGL's make up though? Is he meant to be looking more like Bruce Willis? If anything it just looks like some bleeped up Jude Law shit.

	Yes, because he plays the younger version of Bruce Willis, thus when he gets the new assignment and sees himself, his future self played by Bruce Willis, he hesitates and doesn't kill him, then Bruce escapes. -------------------

	I get the main plot synopsis, what I don't get is how he can even tell it is himself when they look nothing alike. Even the eye colours are different. The face extensions on JGL take his features even further away from looking like Bruce Willis if anything, those eyebrows look so messed up. I don't like seeing JGL not his usual beautiful self. His GI Joe appearance was also haunting for me...
