	Log in to remove this sponsored message Mirrors Remake of: Into the Mirror quote imdb.com Mirrors is a 2008 remake of the 2003 South Korean horror film Into the Mirror, directed by Alexandre Aja and starring Kiefer Sutherland. A man is head of security at a department store plagued by unexplained deaths. The store is also the target of demonstrators wanting compensation for an earlier staff fire tragedy. The man becomes intrigued by a disturbed woman. She claims her sister, who died in the fire, is exacting revenge, using mirrors as a gateway back into the living world. Yet another remake of an Asian horror. The trailer was pretty eerie though, so I was hoping this one might break the mold and actually be a good remake. 	Mirrors are used in a lot of horror movies. There just wasn't one that had it as the main theme. It's actually not that ridiculous, at least not more so than killer cell phones and videotapes. Like I said, the original Korean film in 2003 was actually creepy, reminded me of my childhood fear of reflections being able to move. Especially when you have 2 mirrors facing each other, and it looks like a corridor of reflections. Anyone else? ------------------- Express yourself

	I just watched the original, a damn good movie if you as me. Creepy and a good story. From looking at the remake's teaser, I can already tell that the remake is most likely going to turn out to be another shitbomb. -------------------

	Official trailer is out. I like this a lot better than the teaser, it goes more in depth about what the movie is about. From it, I can see it already has more suspenseful moments than the original. Comes out in less than 2 weeks ------------------- Express yourself

	I'll go see this, mainly to see the crazy shit that can be done with the mirrors gimmick, with the girl getting killed by her reflection and everything in that way. I've never seen the original, so I don't have any real reason to condemn this movie. -------------------
