american mgees alice included?

The consoles will receive the first game as DLC.

PC users are outta luck unless they pre-order on EA store (I'll do that if I don't see evidence of the same thing happening with Steam sometime today or maybe I'll wait until the 16th which is the day before it comes out).

I should have clarified. It will be included as free DLC with the purchase of the full game.

Apparently they won't (at least for now) be able/allowed to release the first game standalone on consoles. Some sort of licensing issue.

With consoles, once you redeem your DLC you'll be able to access the first game from the in-game menu (so you need your Alice 2 disk to play it).

Anti-used game trickery, basically.

One can hope, I currently have to load up the disc to enjoy it and thusly get distracted by Madness Returns' less Quakey charms. (Not that I'd rebuy an xbla version).

A joy of a bonus though, full widescreen too, I thought they'd dick me like the Dreamcast Collection and other ported games that go for ye old 4:3 with a frame.
