Basements/Island Villa

Am I the only one who desires for both the basement and the Island/Island house to make a comeback? I LOVED both of these in the GC version (Though the villa was mostly for storage) and I remember my basement was usually where I spent most of my time! I had a whole lot of shirts in the bottom right corner, and then in the left bottom corner I had rare trinkets and collectables, the Mario trophies, models, stuff like that. The floor had lottery tickets and carpets on it, and the path through the room was only one tile wide, there was barely any room TO walk. But I LOVED my basement. I miss it. I also used that space to put all my nintendo items, and when I completed the game and started using codes to get stuff, I remember I built a character specifically for storage and used his house as storage as well as his villa...good times. Methinks I should rebuy the GC version.

Yeah I know. I hated each character having the same house. I actually liked the basement/top floor better, but of course then you had eight extra rooms because you had four different houses.

I've never had a chance to experience the Island Villa so I'd like if it made a return. It annoyed me that CF had so little rooms but then again WW had too much.

i kind of want more room rather than just a upstairs and a basement. i guess because that way it'll give us more things to expect for. like, when you pay you first mortgage, you get a bigger main room and then an upstairs and then a basement then a flag, but it seems too little to offer for us. =/

i remember the feeling of "you wont know what you get next" when i fully paid my mortgage on WW so i hope they give us that kind of feeling again.

i just want more rooms anyways. theres so many series and themes i want to put in my house, but theres so little rooms for you to put them in...

No CF did have a basement, I think I have all the upgrades for the house. ^^

Yep, CF did have a basement but no branching rooms. I like the villa a lot, but how will we get to it? In the old game you had to connect to your gba to get there. I don't see
anywhere a gba cable could fit. Maybe you won't need it, or when you go swimming and you dive, maybe there should be an underwater portal, or you could board a submarine to get there Wow, cannot wait for the game to come out!
