What I want to see in AC:3DS! - Page 7

Ooh, when do you get the basement in CF? I just paid off my second expansion.

What I want to see:
-More mini-stories! I love those simple mini-stories, it makes me feel closer to the NPC's. Plus I especially want Abel sister closure, since they left us hanging!
-I actually like getting new neighbors, but I miss my old ones so I wish we could send them letters or something of that sort.
-I agree with the idea of having characters shopping, that's be so cute!
-I TOTALLY agree with expanding the city, it isn't all that useful right now in CF.
-I would like the option to NOT upgrade my house, I like it at the 3rd upgrade (The largest floor space, but only one level)
-I would like feng shui and fortune telling to return, I'm spiritual like that.
-More neighbourly bonding
-More awesome music
-I like the idea of transportation, but cars and bikes is a far stretch. I like the idea of skateboards though, and maybe a scooter.
-The idea of ice skating and falling in mud made me laugh, that is such a cute idea!
-Tortimer
-Something more exciting at the museum, it gets tedious after a while.

What I don't want to see:
-GRASS DETERIORATION, ohmygoodness NOOOOOOOO!
-Lyle
-More explorable areas (i.e. deserts, forests). AC is such a simple game, and personally I think that would take away from it.
-Customizable towns, but I could deal with the method they used for the bridge that gets built where they have a few pre-selected areas you could choose
-The HRA
-Insurance
-Mini-games, again I think they'd take away too much from the simplicity
-This whole more realistic people, but alas that's already happening. I think the whole legs thing is creepy.
-Too many mayorly tasks, and too many new buildings. Again, I like simple and I hope they keep it simple while still being interesting

Neighbor personality improvements. Like, how they almost always had something different to talk about each time you talked to them in Animal Crossing for game cube, I liked that. ^-^ And a lot more different conversations between the neighbors.
In Animal Crossing City Folk, they seemed to repeat the same things over and over and the same went for the conversations. I found myself running into the same conversations a lot. D: And of course some more personalities, which they said they would have, so maybe they'll be some nice and funny ones in there to mix. ^-^

I would love for them to bring back a lot of things from Animal Crossing on game cube. Like the aerobics session they had! That would be fun to do again!
I think it would also be fun and cute for there to be some sort of restaurant in the mall area too! ^-^

An easier way to communicate than what they had on Animal Crossing Wild World would be nice too...maybe a voice chat or something? I'm not sure... but I'm sure they'll think of something to make it easier on us!

I or someone else might have already mentioned these, but...
BIGGER MAILBOX AND SEPARATE STORAGE PLACES!! Storage is currently my biggest (and only) problem with CF.
Ordering special packages and products from the Roost and other shops etc. (Done via phone)
Letters from Nintendo!!!!!!!!!
More variety of drinks and snacks at the roost , also being able to adjust your own coffers level by choosing your level of sugar, milk, etc. This can be done using the slide mechanic first introduced in ACWW (u know, like when talking and they ask you how much you would pay for something or howgood they look, etc.
The return of signposts and journals
Aerobic classes
Sports field days
More animals walking around in the shops/businesses...
The ability to organize a hangout or party (custom-designed) by yourself
Using credit cards, along with the previous feature of debit cards. Bills come in the mail at the end of each month in an organized manner.
Having an ABD in your house--I hear that's possible in CF, but I dunno how. Or just have a widget for the automatic ABD in your widgets section (by widgets I mean like pockets, designs, photos, etc.)
Viewing multiple of your taken photos at a time--I hate how if you take another without saving the first, the first gets deleted.
The sports balls, they were fun kicking around (and neighbors asking for them.)
Mailing pics to animal neighbors, human neighbors, and even Wi-Fi friends. Pics can be sent just like you send presents.
Customizable towns (i don't know why so many people are aginst it. Not that it's a bad thing, i respect your opinion, its just that i didn't expect this many people to be against customizable towns. Meh, whatevs.)
Being able to Bold, Italicize, and Underline in letters and posts ands other writings.
Being able to automatically forward letters to other people.
Organizing hangouts or strking a conversation with someone on the phone.
More varieites of phones
Being able to wear multiple accessories and hats (like two feathers- one on each side)
Sending out specially themed/designed party invitations, greeting cards, get-well-soon cards, birthday cards, event card invitiations, and island postcards to animal neighbors, neighboring humans, and Wi-Fi friends.
Mailing medicine to a sick animal instead of having to go to their house.
Phones in rooms besides the attic (like a normal piece of furniture)
Finally, being able to control wherever you want grass, stone, and dirt. And sand. Do this by drawing on a map via the attic's telephone service.
And everything I mentioned earlier.

What I DON't want to see:

The sD card radio? ikr like can you imagine listening to today's rock and pop singers in your AC house? XD Especially at parties you throw at your house...Man...

Mew, I know you mentioned this about 250 millennia ago but still, the Auction house was pretty cool for me. Like, you probably already knew this, but it's not just your town's people who can bid on your stuff, it's also your Wi-Fi friends. I had a great time selling and buying to/from my friends in different towns, but I see your point. For some people, (for example those who don't use WiiConnect24), I guess it wasn't that useful. But still for me, on the other hand, it was a blast.

Anyway, comment back people! I wanna see what you guys think; it's ok even if you don't like them just TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!! Sorry for caps lol.

I'd like to be able to say, "Thank you!" when a neighbor gives me a gift.

I'd like to be able to give a neighbor a gift directly instead of having to mail it to him.

I'd like a LOT more shops!! (Sounds like I am getting that wish. )

Ooh, yeah, one more thing:

A.The designs you can make can be placed on your house rooves, windows, doors, and whatever.

B. Other people in your town can rate your designs and if it gets a high enough rating, it might get a special spot in the museum!

C. Your designs can also be used on furniture, which, if the the design has a higher rating, will be added to the list of items that shops around towns carry.

D. Your neighbors, as well as people in the other towns may display your designed furniture in their own home.

E. People from your Wi-Fi friend's towns may display high-rated designs in their own tailor shop after one purchases an example of your design and brings it back to their own town for THEIR neighbors to see.

F. Those other-town neighbors may have different tastes about your designs, so they might give a different rating.

G. Animals in your town can also make designs of their own, and, as any, will be judged ane placed accordingly.

H. When Mabel interviews you after you make your design, you will be able to choose how your fashion eye imagines it being used: a floor, a wallpaper, a door, a shirt, furniture, etc. If you choose furniture you will be given a list of items from your catalog to choose from.
That is how it will be displayed in the museum should it get a high rating. If you choose all, there will be a special room in which the flooring wall and EVERYTHING is like it.

I. When creating PRO designs, you will be required to make a "bottom" design for it as well, in case people wear it on their shorts or pants or skirt or whatever and you want one pant leg to be different from the other or something of that sort.

J. Like I said, people can judge your designs. They can place their judge at the Able Sisters or the Town Hall's Civic Center. When the judging period has concluded, the average score will be found.

K. Let's hope the 3DS Camera is compatible with this game. It probably is. Anyway, so there is a photo studio in this game, where you can pay a small fee to get a whole album of photos AND a CD with all of the pics, which you can insert into a laptop if you buy one. (Any and all photos, taken by you OR the studio, can be copied to the 3DS inner memory or the SD card, with the frame and/or other additions or without them.You can use the laptop while sitting down on a couch, as well as other stuff. There are a number of things you can do, including photos and documeents and an online journal. You get to choose from a large number of backgrounds, poses, and scenes, etc., and later, pick your favorite photos, put frames to keep your favorite pictures in your home(available in a large variety of sizes), and choose how it looks (by which i mean, colored, black and white, sepia, dark, light, brightness, etc.). Small frames can be used to place pictures on tables. Big frames can be hung on walls. Pictures can be mailed to friends and neighbors and they might hang them in their own house or show it to friends or mention it to other animals in their conversations.....With your permission, of course. And you can even take pictures you've taken yourself, and edit them the same way for a low fee! There are discounts for the studio's facilities on festivities, town holidays, ceremonies, and other special days, as well as a WHOLE ALBUM and CD, FREE, on your birthday! How cool would that be? Also, how about getting to use your own designs as a background or frame?! Imagine! You can also get your personally made designs framed and edited and whatever to keep in a large frame on your walls!
L. When talking to animals, there are a variety of conversation starters to choose a topic to talk about, after which a conversation will be selected from a random selection thta changes based on the character's personality type and gender, including an upcoming festival or something, fishing, bugs, or you can let the
OK, so recently there has been a lot of discussion going on about the fruits. Gathering from my own mind, and what other people want, here's what I think the fruit list should be similar to:

M. More than 4 emotions at a time, preferably unlocking all of them gradually.

N. Every day of the week, there is a special visitor in town. Sunday = Joan, Saturday = K.K. Slider (at the Roost or at the town stage if youve unlocked it, see my previous ideas on page 4 or 5 of this forum.) Monday and Wednesday = Sahara, Tuesday and Thursday = Wendell, Friday: If you have Wi-Fi enabled, Katie and Kaitlyn. If you don't then either Sahara or Wendell.

O. An easier way to find paintings, I get tired of having to always wait for Redd to restock every 10 days, AND i have to buy all three things, AND you don't know if it's fake or not, AND Nook doesn't have them very often.

P. Being able to make plans to hang out with neighbors by yourself, maybe a special letter type as an invitation? Or if you'd like to go to their house, mention it to them while talking. And you can buy/sell one item to/from them while it's going on.

Q. More garden-themed furniture! Also, I hope they bring back the "rare models" like from the past games: the town hall model, the Nook's Cranny model, the Nook'n'go model, the Nookmart model, the Nookway model, the Nookington's model, the NookMall model, the cherry tree model, the tree model, the fall tree model.the train station model (you get the one that matches your town's train station, and they are available on the catalog so you can give them to friends. they are very expensive, though.), also the airplane model, the bus model, taxi model, ship model, boat model, Able Sisters 1 Model, Able Sisters 2 model, Able Sisters 3 model, bus stop model, gate 1 model (again, same as with the train stations) fountain model, town model, bridge model, city model, island model, police station model. Wow, with all these models, you could create your own world in your own home!

AND THE GRAND WORLD MODEL!!!!!! THE WHOLE TOWN, CITY, AND ISLAND!
Now, as you know, bushes return in this game, creating a whole new world of possibilities for fruits. As usual, your town will have its own "town fruit", but two in this game: one on trees, and the other from bushes.
As usual, you can get new fruit by exchanging with people from other towns.
Tree fruits:
| Apple | Orange | Peach | Banana | Pears | Cherries | Lemon | Lime |

Bush fruits:

| Purple Grape | Green Grape | Raspberry | Strawberry | Blueberry | Blackberry |

As usual, coconuts can be planted on a palm tree, which can only be planted on a place bordering the ocean, and bears two coconut per day, trees bear three, and bushes bear eight!

LOL!!! No thanks, I am old (64) and FINALLY retired with the time (finally!) to play great games like AC3DS all I want when it comes out. No way am I wanting to be one of those great folks working for NIntendo right now but for those who want to, more power to you.

My new 3DS XL is on the way and should arrive Thursday. That makes AC3DS seem even closer to me. After all, it could be released as early as January, right? and that is only 3.5 months or so.

I am SO looking forward to playing this game. I do hope that there is a little more interaction with the animals. Like, maybe being able to give them things in person instead of by mail.
