Well supposedly the 3DS has similar capabilities to the GameCube (I think that's what I heard? >~>) So, I hope Nintendo will really try and exceed our expectations by making the town much larger then the one in WW, which in comparison to CF, is like nothing.

I really hope we don't get another simply graphically updated game, but a game that has every aspect updated to make it more worth playing. [:

But then everyone will have probably almost identical towns. I think part of the fun of the game is all the differences from town to town. Some have islands, some have houses on the island, some have bays, some have canyons, some have reverse canyons, some have the rare side multi-direction hills, others have the normal straight hills ... If we got to pick then everyone will be selecting most of the same options because they think they're 'rare'.

I'd prefer it being random, but I wouldn't mind being able to place where you live. [:

I didn't really mean identical towns, more so identical features. Most likely, almost everyone will pick to have an island or the other 'rare' features, and that's basing the word 'rare' off the tests done by ACC however reliable that may be.

And I didn't think you were including shops/houses and that stuff into this, I would love if we could pick where those go. [:
