I downloaded and played the trine demo last night, it was awesome i really want the full version now, although i bet it will be on the Wii U as a downloadable so I will wait for that.

Yeah I have a friend who says the same thing about dark souls, its hard, but not in a cheap way.

i usually get about 7~8 hours sleep each night, I like sleep

Last night i was playing Metroid Prime. It's an amazing game. If any of you haven't played it, i strongly recommend you buy the Trilogy. I was fighting the Omega Pirate and just couldn't figure out how to kill him. Turned out I won the battle after a gruelling long hour. There's certainly not many good games like that around.

In the final area now. Then I can move onto Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. ^^

I really don't know. This week, judging by how late I've been going to bed, and how terrible I've been sleeping, lately, I'm probably having around 4 ~ 5 hours or something? Right now the time I've been going to bed is around 3am. It's not enough time for me to get into REM, properly, and that's when you benifit the most from sleeping.

I just don't like sleeping. It wouldn't be so bad, but I wake up at least 5 times during the night in that small period of time. It's frustrating when you just want the night to end.

And Dark Arcanine, thanks for your concern about that weird turn I had. I really appreciate it. Losing vision in the corner of my right eye was terrible and definitely the worst of it. It was also pretty scary. I'm glad it's better now.

If it comes back, I'll see a doctor. I'll know the early warning signs if it does happen again.

You thought Metroid Prime 1 was hard, wait till you fight this thing.



Also Metroid Prime 2 is the hardest of the series.

Which Metroid Prime is your favourite? I'm a huge Metroid fan, but haven't completed any of them, yet. They're really long games, but in a good way. If you're talking about the final boss of Corruption, please use the spoiler code, please. I wouldn't want to accidently spoil it. Thanks.

And I'm looking forward to MP2's difficulty. How much harder is it?

Yes, I know I should get more sleep. I know myself that it's ridiculous, but I just can't get myself to go to bed. I'm just hopeless at that. At least tonight I'll be sleeping around 2:00am.

It could've been 1:00am, but I needed to get on Neo first.

So I made a visit to some guitar stores, today. ^^ Tried the Freshman guitars (£160), and was pretty dissapointed in them. Then I tried some low priced Fender Acoustics (£190). Again, not that great. Then I spotted a Takamine for £430. Pretty huge jump in the price, but boy was I pleased. It's a electro acoustic, so it can be plugged in as well.

Then I went to the second store. They had a Yamaha APX500ii electro acoustic. I had a long while playing this one. I was playing it for at least 30 mins. At £270, the guitar sounds amazing for that price. The only downside, is that it lacks in bass.

If they had a CPX500ii, it'd be an instant buy, because it's the exact same guitar, except it's full size. The APX's body is slim cut, and the lack of bass is kind've a downside, unless it's plugged in. Then it sounds like heaven to my ears. It really does.

I really don't know which one I like the most. Takamine is better unplugged, but then I never tried it plugged in. Yamaha is good unplugged, but its true potential is when it's plugged in.

It may be cheaper, but I don't have an acoustic amp, which is going to bump up the price. Still, I'm gonna need one some day anyway when I perform live.

I was quite nervous with performing in front of the salesman, as he was just sitting there watching (listening). Guess what? He asked how long had I been playing for. I said four months, and he couldn't believe it. He said I sounded like someone who had been playing the guitar for at least two years! Wow.

That just made my day. It really did. My confidence is so high now. I'm so happy.

Good to hear about your guitar shopping and the compliment. It is a fair bit of money but fortunately it doesn't sound like you'll have to spend too much - if that makes sense. Are you going to go back and ask about trying them while plugged into an amp?

Had my friend round. Managed to play two games of Scrabble and lost both. I nearly won one of them but lost right at the end.
