Just beat the Spirit Temple, but I still need to find five more heart pieces and 17 more skulltulas before I finish the game, damn heart pieces lol. I also somehow still need to get the fourth bottle, only 400 points to go.

Right now, I'm working on the 3-Heart and 100% run of the Main Quest (two separate runs by the way - 3-Heart is speeding through hoping I don't get killed). Both have gone pretty smoothly so far. I'm about to enter the Fire Temple on the 100% run (still need to get the 2 Skulltulas outside of it though), and I'm going to Dodongo's Cavern on the 3-Heart run. You can follow the 100% run on my blog, but it's not caught up yet. I'm slowly getting there, but it's actually a lot of work to type it all out.

Ah... Gather 'round, and I will tell ye of the olde tale of how I voyaged unto the daunting Water Temple...

I had gone oof ta' the Lake Hylia in hopes of a nice day of Swimming with my Wife-ta'-be. But, 'twonce I arrived, my Fiancee had gone missing, along wiv the lake! 'Twas a nerve-racking moment, but I had gone doon, unto the old, abandoned, Temple. A race known a the Zoras worshipped their olde god, Morpha, who was the embodiment of water. One day, Morpha started ta' attack the Zoras! With this in mind, I knew what happened- Morpha had kidnapped mah Fiancee!

I put on mah Iron Boots, and my Blue suit, passed down through heroes of the Zora Race. The Blue Suit had an magical enchantentment, so ah could breathe Under the Water!

So, down I treked, into the Water Temple! As soon as I entered, I felt a felling of deep confusion... as if I had to be in two places at once! After 4 hours, Scouring ta' Temple, I had found the Worship Chambere!

My loyal companion, a fairy named "Navi", had realized- Morpha is here! Without a moments cessatation, I drew my Sword!

Morpha hast appeared! It seemed like she was under the influence of something... I aw the Red Orb, and then, Morpha came and grabbed me! She threw me across the chamber, and I slammed into a wall. I nearly fainted, had I not slammed sheild-first, I'd be dead! It was then I realized- I must lure him into attacking me, pull the Orb out, and kill the Bug!

Sadly, this was easier said than done. Morpha had nearly grabbed me again! I swiftly jumped out of the way, only to fall unto the water! I quickly scrambled out, and dre my Hookshot...

I grabbed the creature, relling it cloer, I drew mah sword! With a quick tab, it was all over. And then, Morpha thanked me for freeing her from the curse. She aid a thief, named "Ganondorf" forced her to work with him! She refused, and Ganondorf put her under hi control, through the Red Orb I had killed.

Morpha had returned me to my Fiancee, where we lived happily ever after...

Nice to see someone else getting into the storytelling style, ryangroovy. And with an amusing style of speech too.

I made it to Gerudo Valley, with the knowledge that some Pieces of Heart awaited me. Surveying my surroundings, I could see this may be a problem. There was a rapid water flow underfoot, and who knows where it went? Well, after the first platform miss, I soon realised it took me all the way back to Lake Hylia! Don't get me wrong, I love the place, but it's a bit out of the way from what I'm doing. As if hearing my thoughts, the strong currents below took me back several times further before I'd picked up the two Pieces of Heart for all my trouble.

I then moved on to Gerudo Fortress, intent on killing something to alleviate my frustrations. Encountering a bunch of women, I wasn't so sure I'd get my wish. And as soon as they spotted me, they threw me into a cell! Talk about being rude to your guests. Fortunately, I discovered you could use the Longshot to get onto the window ledge, and so proceeded into the heart of the fortress.

But wait, there were more women in here too, patrolling up and down the corridors. Hoping no one was watching, I pulled out my bow and shot them until they'd all collapsed. Upon further inspection, however, they seemed to simply be knocked out... perhaps I need new arrows.

Moving on, I discovered the carpenter workers who had abandoned their station. It turned out they wanted to join an all-female group (must be missing something here) and so were thrown into cells for their trouble. Begging me to save him and his friends, I was suddenly attacked by a Gerudo wielding dual swords. Unfortunately for her, however, her aggressive style is no match for that of the Biggoron Sword, which swept up through her guard, knocking her off her feet before the final blow sent her jumping into the rafters, dropping a Small Key in the her haste to escape. After that strange scene, I encountered several more before...

Another Gerudo guard? No, this one is not attacking. It turns out she admires my bravery and skills, and so has gifted me the friendship of the Gerudo. Anything to stay out of those cramped cells, I suppose. Leaving the fortress, all the women who had been so aggressive before were suddenly helpful, and so I talked to the one guarding a door. It turned out it was their training grounds, and was allowed to pass through for a small price.

Inside, I scoured the rooms, collecting Small Keys as I went. I was met with time trials, but they were no match for my resolve. I ended up going in full circle back to the entrance, despite knowing there was one more door in a previous room. Yet so was there in here, and so I decided to explore this one first. It took me into a room full of locked doors, and so I proceeded to fiddle with my rather large ring of keys to try and unlock them all. Eventually I made it to the center, spying a treasure chest in the middle. I also noticed that there remained some locked doors, but they had not been on my path. Upon opening the chest I discovered the Ice Arrows! All I can say is: after the Fire Arrows being relatively simple, these had better be useful!

And so, with another set of elemental arrows and the friendship of another race under my belt, I move on to discover what lurks within the desert beyond the gates.

I've just started this thing and I'm already stuck. I'm lost in that freakin' tree. Been to every room, where do I go from there? =(

I am not actually stuck in any particular room. The darn fairy keep telling me to go in there, and I've been in and out of all the room that I can find but I dont know what I'm supposed to do in there.

I did that. I guess I must be over looking that room. I'll have a look at it again when I get home tonight. =(
