The Ninja Palm Features Alot Of Incredible Abilities, Featuring: A Boost To Its Speed, Stamina/Agility, Fast Ch. Shots, Exceptional Melee Attacks, Great For A Sneak Attack, This Sleuth Weapon Also Features Incredible Shots, That Are Very Powerful Up Close, And Its Dash. Cont. Fire Are Fast Too! Its Standing Cont. Fire Is Somewhat Powerful Enough As Well. But This Gulie Weapon Lacks Some Proper Adjustments To Its Homing And Range Stability, But Its Shot Homing Won't Be So Much Of A Problem If The User Is A Good Aimer, The Ninja Palm's Shot Range Is Somewhat Fixed As Well, Because Of Its Speed And Stamina, It Can Be Easy To Get Far From Enemies, Or Recover From A Recoil Of One Of The Users Dash. Ch. Shots (It Leaves A Small Opening There Or A Recoiled Fire From The Ch. Shot) So Thats How The Range Is Fixed By Speed And Timing.

normal weapons are weapons i use for a lot of my battles :U Shot range-3 is great! Only needs 10m to KO, it is a great close combat staff

Yeah while a short range can be a bonus with a bigger hit box, at the same time it can be a curse when you can see you can take advantage of meleecombos from a far but it's too far away.
I could use celestial fireworks against meleeusers with that +4evasion too. But haven't tried it (works a treat with my ancient staff!)

Since every weapon has mixed stars... Not gonna comment on that since its self-explainatory as they worsen the weapon by adding unnecessary value, and I don't want to sound like a broken record.

Hawkeye Bow 7/10
Could've put Evasion +4 and Shot Homing +2 (instead of Melee and KBD), to help with the shot defense -2 and to stay below a value of 300. But it has the right mods still has a Value under 300 so it deserves a 7.

Compact Arm 5.5/10
Dash Charged Shot on a Compact Arm? Really?
Missed opportunity which could've been Shot Homing +3 and/or Full-Health Boost +6. Shot Cancellation would been a good mod to counter Eyetracks. Gets an extra .5 for being under 300.

Bullet Blade 6/10
Random +1 mods put me off. And this weapon is the very type that shouldn't even have anything to do with Melee (and Halo). Walking Speed +4, Full-Health Boost +6 and Standing Cont. Fire all would be fitting alternatives than the Melee Stars and random +1s.

Halo Club 6.5/10
Personally I would've preferred Shot Homing than Standing Charged Shot if I had to choose between the two. If you could get both this weapon would've been better. The value of your weapon is over 300 so lost a point and lost another half due to the fact if you dropped the Melee for Shot Homing this would be less than 300 and easily been a 10. The reason why Shot Homing +3 is good on a Halo (if you didn't know this before) is that it's DCSs can loop with Homing Boost.

Needle Palm 8/10
Melee Stars weaken it, but doesn't do major damage to the weapon. Try and get FHB+6 instead of Melee.

Sorry about the low ratings, but what annoys me is how close they are to brilliance so I was probably a bit hard.
