Ironically, Kamen Rider Fourze, a space themed series of a Japanese super hero franchise called Kamen Rider, ended yesterday as well. They put an addendum on the series' blog, where they normally show production shots and behind-the-scenes stuff, giving respect to Neil Armstrong.

Anyway, SMG is in my top 5 games of all time, but I just couldn't bring myself to finish SMG2. I just lost interest. To me, it felt like the scraps of level design from SMG tossed into a new game; rather than having this large, expansive themed galaxies we got short, singular, one or two star levels with a linear world map and an even smaller hub world. It took the trend of making the 3D Mario platformers more linear and went TOO far with it imo.

Which makes me earnestly hope that the Mario platformer for the WiiU is more like Sunshine or 64; big, more-open world that encourage exploration as opposed to a traditional linear platformer, and a big overworld with hidden secrets.

Oh god, someone who agrees with me on Galaxy. Galaxy was great, but 2 was bland and boring. To me though, 3D Land at least did it's job right, which was finally make a 3D Mario that played like a 2D one. I agree on the Wii U game hopefully being more like 64 or Sunshine. Maybe Sunshine 2, since so many people in Nintendo seem to want to make a new Sunshine.

Also, Dragoon, pick up Tales of Eternia for the PSP, if you can play patched DS games Tales of Innocence, and if you have a way of playing patched PSX games play Tales of Phantasia, since the SNES version is very poor and the GBA version isn't as good as the PSX one in many ways. If you have access to a 360 look into Vesperia.

I'm cool with a iOS port, I don't see a problem with other people getting a chance to play the game if they don't have a DS around. I don't plan on getting it since I can play the game on DS anytime I want with the partner system fully intact and the HD art doesn't make a big difference to me on my phone screen. It's also $18 when you can get the DS game for $20 off Amazon and have an actual physical copy to play.

I just don't think they should have done a teaser site for a simple port. You don't do a countdown for that kind of stuff, no matter the console its on.

Nah, I had a feeling it would be something insignificant (I’ve never played TWEWY anyway). A while ago Kojima Productions released cryptic and mysterious images that turned out to be promotion for a crappy iPhone shooting gallery game based on MGS4.
