So, I've been having this huge problem with my 3DS (as well as my Wii) in the past few months. Ok, so around of October last year, my 3DS was stolen. I eventually got it back around December, and everything was all normal. Cut to a couple months later in March, and suddenly my Club Nintendo account has been terminated, and all the games that I bought over the past couple of months were completely gone. Just...disappeared. I called Nintendo about it, and they said that "unauthorized purchases" were made on my console, and my 3DS is currently banned from using Credit Cards. Well, I decided to cut my losses and make another Club Nintendo account...and that was was also deactivated last month. Same reason, unauthorized purchases were made with this account. Keep in mind that I never actually bought anything with this new account, considering I was permabanned from Credit Cards. So I called them for help, and they said they couldn't restore my account or anything because, in their words, "the records say during this time that you were in possession of the console when the unauthorized funds were made". Which is bull, since it was stolen, but whatever, that did not matter to them, so I just lost another account, one I actually attained Platinum status on.
tl;dr Nintendo won't help me with my account, it's forever permabanned from using Credit Cards, and every time I make a new Club Nintendo Account, it's deactivated for the same reason.
So yeah, I just had a couple of questions:
1. First of all, I just made a THIRD Club Nintendo Account. If I link that account with my current 3DS, will I get permabanned?
2. I want to get the new 3DSXL, if I transfer all of my game and save data (including Ambassador Status) will my 3DSXL become permabanned just like my old 3DS?
3. Will deleting all of my data on my current 3DS get rid of this ban? I know I'll lose all of my Swapnote, Streetpass, and pretty much everything else data, but will this at least help? Nintendo doesn't seem to want to help me.
