As long as you like what you like, having a winning formula with some additions is still going to be satisfying. Certainly it's preferable to see something amazing and decently different/new, but as long as you enjoy what you're getting it's just a hair to split really.

Being a fan of the Mario Kart and Zelda formulas, I've no doubt I'll thoroughly enjoy both titles. And some of the details coming out are definitely enticing, like the upgrade system of SS. I won't get into the details of that here though in case anyone is avoiding spoilers like homing Bullet Bills.

Oh and pizza and an energy drink doesn't make a good brunch. Or at least, they didn't seem to mix well together.

I loved the first one, it was so underrated, am getting the 2nd for Christmas.

I enjoyed the first season, looking forward to the second of Alphas. The ending was quite gripping, though I found the the "Oh noes, our guy is hurt for a cliffhanger ending until he's all better in the next episode" obnoxious. Never got into Being Human.

I got Solatorobo today, and got the soundtrack CD as a surprise gift that I forgot about.

I hope they go the "everybody knows about Alphas" route and not the "government is able to cover up the whole thing and nothing changes" cop-out route. I loved the show though, it was pretty fresh all things considered. Show needs moar Rachel though, she's my favorite yet is only second to Bill in least screen time.

As for Being Human, I just liked it. It starts off okay, but gets better when you stick with it longer.


And on a totally different topic, Siberia (music album) comes out in like five days. Anybody else a LIGHTS fan here or just me?

Group work is definitely a pain. At least collaborative tools are around now making it much easier, I wish I had as much access to google docs. back in my school time as we do now.

Played a bit of 4 swords last night, haven't had a ton of time to get into it. I'm still trying to finish my second playthrough of SMTDSO before I even get started in Solatorobo, and have a ton of half completed games I really need to get finished up.

^I'm now curious what this movie is about. lol
