How far are you? - Page 3

I was just stuck on this boss yesterday and took a break from playing until just now. All you do is grab the bombs he throws and throw them back at him. Repeat that when he throws them. Then, every so often he will drop a real big bomb, looks like a nuke, in the middle. Get on the pillars because it spreads on the regular ground. You will also have to dodge his swooping attack. Just go to either the far left or right in between the two columns/pillars and stand there. That's what I did.

I just beat the final boss and I'm off to play the world 9.

If you're just doing a playthrough, go buy the big key at Cranky Kong's Cabin and do Sunset Shore instead. So much easier, and so beautiful.

Sunset Shore is a beautiful level too. Nintendo did a fantastic job on it.

Anyways at World 7 but going back to collect some Puzzle Pieces and KONG letters in the 2nd world. Felt like doing some collecting.

I'm on the 5th world. I would have beaten the game a while ago already but I keep getting sidetracked with Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Edition. Brings back great memories. I couldn't stop playing the Lost Levels. I ran through it last night and beat it in 2-3 hours and then beat worlds A-D today. I think I'm done with it and will now devote myself to DKCR.

Am I the only one playing and collecting at the same time?
it seems easy enough to do so cause most of the pieces and letters are not out of the way..

Well, I've just beaten Tiki Tong, after losing many, many balloons. He was worse than Bombs Away, worse than Crowded Caverns, worse than Feather Fiend, worse than Roasting Rails. I started the level with around 30 balloons, and had 2 when I finally beat Tong. I'll soon be returning to get all the puzzle pieces, KONG letters, and secret stages.
