	If they've been gone for more than half a season then it sounds like a bug to me. I had a bug where my created player always had poor or very poor condition for two whole seasons until they eventually left the club. Unfortunately I don't know if there's anything that can be done to fix it. -------------------

	I suggest you to start a new Ml. I never encountered such problem but i did face ML season freeze so i had to start a new. -------------------
